From the start, I was met with a wonderful costumer service. Their quote was by far the best around, and I called AT LEAST 4 different companies. The other companies were very scattered and unorganized and half of them couldn't even answer simple questions on the phone. Junk King was prompt about getting me a quote, and prompt with their arrivals at my job to start clearing our junk out.
Not to mention I had two FANTASTIC workers named, Jay and Dre. From the start, they were professional and kind and busted their butts to get the job done. I don't think any other crew could have done the work these two did in such a short time. We all had our doubts that they wouldn't be able to get everything done in one load, but they killed it! Very, very impressed with this company. Will most definitely be calling them again for any future junk removals and will be recommending them to just about everyone.

My 10: 00 turned into a 4 1/2 hour wait in a vacant house. They called and said 30 to an hour at 10: 00. I am a business as well. They had Little respect for that. The price was ridiculous even with a coupon I had and their “so sorry for the wait” discount. Won’t be my first call again.

Very professional, good quality work (they removed all the junk & cleaned the area well), courteous to deal with and very responsive to your email and phone call.

I ended up with an extra large item that needed to be picked up because Salvation Army would not take it earlier in the morning. The guys from Junk King did me a solid and took it for me instead. I still had to pay the extra fee, of course, but I needed it gone that day and they helped me out of a jam. The guys were very professional and polite also.

I made an appt today via their chat portal. Pricing was great, they called when they were running behind, and called when they were 20 mins away. They were in and out in 10 mins. They moved a LazyBoy power recliner w/console loveseat from the 2nd floor. They were professional and great to talk to. I will use Junk King again, thumbs up!

Removed a firepit for me from backyard and did excellent work, were communicative & friendly, and on time!

The men were friendly, professional and very helpful. Items that had been a problem to me were quickly loaded and hauled away. It was a good experience and I will use them again.

Crew arrived on time for an estimate and then proceeded to quote nearly $400 for a single passenger truck-sized load (think F150 long bed) of cardboard boxes and small assorted items.

I went and disposed of the same load myself at the Georgetown dump for $35. It took me an hour start to finish.

Summary: recommend only using them if hate money and you have a VERY large amount of things to haul away.
