Very friendly and efficient service from the time I pulled up. Service advisor greeted me immediately and even updated me on the eta while I was in the lobby. Even though it hadn’t been very long. Probably the best dealership service experience I’ve ever had.

Ended up having both cars in service last week. Had to contact Nick as car had died wouldn’t start, he handled getting tow service to me, would hold charge, they bought myself and car to dealership, spent few hours there Nick had me out the door.my other car had the engine light come on, again Nick had me in and out.

Last year (honestly) I had a insurance adjuster tell me he had never heard of anyone following a service advisor from one dealership to another, my response to him was “you’ve never met Nick! “ Thanks Nick for always taking care of me!

Really very expensive plus wrongly diagnosed for unnecessary expense. In addition a long waiting time close to a week.

Juanita was great at pairing me with the right people at Jupiter Chevrolet. Roman Flores was a great. He was very thorough when explaining the features of the Tahoe I was looking at and then bought. He even arranged to have Juanita come by our house in order to have my wife sign her portion of the paperwork because she was uncomfortable going into the dealership.

Rude employees, they ran a contest with a flyer saying I had won a prize. They wanted my name, DOB and SS# as well as phone number before they would tell me if I had won anything. I knew it was a scam but with their attitudes telling me I was in their place and I couldn't be told anything until I gave them way more info than they needed makes me never want to go near that place again even if I needed a new car.

This is one of the most largest dealerships I've ever seen with such a huge inventory. I will be here for the entire week as I'm excited about being a part of a huge massive inventory reduction sales events. Excellent buys from new to certified pre-owned a cars to choose from. Scam Santa Holiday scratch off they sent to thousands of people making them believe they won a car or a cash price. This is unacceptable business practice; no integrity whatsoever, including their response for each 1star rating regarding the scam scratch off. Will not do any business with them in the future.

From buying the truck to the maintenance, it has been an easy process. August 2017 we bought a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado with add ons. Aside from waiting for the sports bar from the manufacturer, it was quick and painless. We brought the truck home with only 62 miles. Many road trips and adventures since and we are just about at 17k, Jupiter has been there for maintenance and questions. Always friendly and helpful. Comfortable waiting area and never a long wait.

After the Christmas Scratch off fiasco, I received a call of apology and spoke with the GM. I was very pleased at the professional manner and respect that this gentleman showed me. I realize that the promotion company and Jupiter Chevrolet are two separate entities. My issue was not with the Dealership but the Promotion Company.
