Met with Dr. K Lee, Dr. Lee took her time and explains everything in details and answer my questions. I would recommend Just Dental to anyone. Very friendly and dedicated staffs.

I have been through a lot of dentist since my kids have been growing up. I really love Just dental because they are professional in all that they do.

Excellent service! Saw our entire family of 6 in under an hour. Very friendly staff. Even the 1 and 3 year old were comfortable with staff. Only reason not 5 star is some minor facility wear and tear. Overall family friendly and excellent experience!

Dr Wang was really nice. And I feel like they are affordable. Front office staff is very friendly. Did not have to wait to be seen. I recommend!

Place was nice and clean. It’s a plus that you use an iPad to fill out paperwork. Everyone was polite from beginning to the end. Receptionist broke down the prices to the simplest form and was well knowledgeable of what I needed done in the order needed. I ask a lot of question and she didn’t have a problem repeating herself. Got a root canal and it was simple and easy. They even had TVs to watch Netflix or YouTube. If I could give more stars I would. They really took care of me.

I was at the office today for the first time. As I entered i noticed how clean, and nicely it was decorated. Of course as usual i forgot my reading glasses and the front personnel was extremely kind and accommodating. She helped me to do the entire new patient paperwork! Then I met the Doctor who was a young lady. I was concern if she was experienced enough. But not only she did great, she was knowledgeable, spend time to listen to me and did a very nice work with my filling. The back office people were kind and compassionate. I am so happy they are here. They will be my dentist for life.

I went in to get my granddaughters cleaning done on Saturday September 27,2019 and decided to get my teeth clean as well. The staff was really patient, very loving and caring. I was very impressed. This is and will always be one of the best Dentist office of my choice. They made me feel so comfortable.

The staff are really helpful. Had everything explained before, during and after. No wait when I showed up. Will be back!

The staff including the doctor was very knowledgeable and very understanding and very accommodating to all my needs. I called the day before needing to get my teeth cleaned and they've made sure that I felt at home and accommodated me with the next day appointment specially on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend this location. I also saw that they had some little ones there and the doctor make sure that the little one safe and wasn't scared or worried about was what's going on. We will definitely be back and referring a lot of my friends to this location thank you so much for everything you do keep up the great work guys

First off the practice space is clean and welcoming with wait time usually less than 10 minutes. I specifically book my appointments for Thursday to see Dr. Kim Le cos she is simply amazing. She is at another location other days but only at the Richmond location on thursdays (for now). When you go to the dentist, you want all your teeth questions answered and concerns addressed. Dr Le is ethical, always composed and will not do anything that is unnecessary on a patient just to make some bucks. She takes time to completely allay your fears and explain whatever she's doing. I even asked her (during a filling) which cranial nerve (s) the numbing medication was working on and she immediately answered in details. May I add that she had been seeing patients back to back on that same day, and had just got done with a screaming wriggling 6 year old, but still patiently and calmly took care of me.including my many questions. In these days of (some) providepr who treat patients like assembly line items, people like Dr. Le are keepers.rare to find!

I'm new to the area and finding a new dentist can be dreadful. To my surprise this place was amazing. Dr. Maria Tran was so sweet and her staff were wonderful. They did super well with both of my son's who have autism. They were patient and very accommodating. This place is definitely our new place. I highly recommend this place.

Doctor Joyce is very knowledgeable and gentle with my daughter's! They are 5 & 3 years old. I love bringing them here, they are comfortable with the staff. The entire staff is polite. Doctor Joyce ensures that i don't incur unnecessary charges, and will do everything to resolve my concerns professionally. We love this Just dental!

Dr. Wang is wonderful and very caring. I have been visiting her for a few years now and she has completely changed my bleak perception of the dentist. I recommend her to any patients who are looking for a life long dentist.

The staff at Just Dental are wonderful. I have bad anxiety when I go to the dentist, but the staff at Just Dental are so caring and make me feel at ease and comfortable. They have fast service, I never have to wait long before being seen. I would highly recommend them. I have been very pleased with their work.

Wait time is horrible! They double book clients!
We waited an hour with an appointment time just so they can bring us to the back and tell us we had to come back 4 hours later, the first time was the same thing! We came in and was waiting an hour and a half in the waiting room! I’m sure the staff is friendly and works quickly be we will never know.

Just Dental is just the best place for you and your family. The staffs are amazing and interesting. There services are amazing, I really enjoyed going there. Alondra Prado is my favorite, I really like her for her humor, care and services, she is just awesome:). I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.
