Just For Kids Dentistry: Jeffrey A. Hoffman, DDS, Keller TX

My children love Just for Kids Dentistry. My 18 year have been with Dr. Hoffman since he was 9 and will not change to adult dentist! Now my 8 year also feel so comfortable and not afraid to go to the dentist! Gd doctor and friendly staff and wonderful comfort dog, Olive!

Everyone in the office is always a joy to see. My kids love all of the hygiene staff and Dr. Hoffman is the cherry on top!

Always friendly, thorough and they make it fun for the kids. Olive the comfort dog was a great as well.

Came here for a second opinion and I loved this office. Especially the X-ray process much easier because the machine is updated. Everyone was so nice and professional and you can tell they are like family because everyone looked like they loved their jobs definitely will start taking my kids here. Having the therapy dog there was awesome we didn’t need her but such a great options for those that need her.

This has been by far the best experience my son has had, he actually came home saying he wanted to go to the dentist a agian. Dr. J is super kind man and all the staff were super friendly, amd of course Olive the dog was the sweetest.

My daughter got a crown. 7 months later it came off. No hard sticky candy. Nothing! When I had it put back on they told me I owed a recement fee! I told him I didn’t think that was fair and his response was if you don’t like our policy I can transfer your records. Within seconds! If the fee didn’t seal the deal to leave his attitude about me being a client did. Staff rude. He’s rude.

Dentist is amazing. Front desk people are rude and blame you for their phone systems not working. And remind you that is just a Courtesy for the reminders it’s not required for them to give that Courtesy.

Great service - I have 3 kids and they all love to see Dr. Jeffrey. Friendly staff and good service. We see Dr. Jeffrey for more than 17 years now.

I was a patient of Jeffrey Hoffman's from the age of 6 to 19. I have taken my daughter to him for the last night years. We love it there! The whole staff is amazing. I feel I was set up for the best oral health from an early age. I wouldn't trust my child's teeth with anyone else.

Very professional staff members, the doctor is very patient, and well established clinic for kids. I visited for my toddler twice, for an emergency and for regular dental check up, and they all did great both times. Definitely recommend this clinic, overall excellent experience.

We love this place! The Dr.and staff are fabulous and kind. A great dentist as well, the decor is amazing throughout, and where else can you watch movies and hold a dog while you get your teeth worked on? ! They have made my kids dentist appointments enjoyable to the degree my kids look forward to going to the dentist!

From the front office, to Dr. Hoffman and all of his amazing assistants, it was just an overall fantastic experience. My only regret is that we have literally wasted years seeing another dentist, instead of being under Dr. Hoffman's care!

Just called and very rude staff. I was calling as a new patient and right at the moment the lady that answered was so rude. She first was able to put me on hold and was okay with it. Then when she came up on phone she said she can't hear me. She was yelling and i just hang up the phone. Well on to another dentist. Very rude customer service skills. They should find someone to answer phones with courtesy.

Wouldn’t even let me schedule an appointment simply because the name of the dr was different on my insurance which I was then going to call after placing the appointment to have switched to Dr. Hoffman. Also, was 16 minutes late from lunch when I kept calling to schedule and appointment which I didn’t even get to do! I will NOT be using them for my child’s dentistry.

Hunting for reviews. Had and issue, decided not to use this dentist for a second child. Office refused to provide service to the 1st child (an established patient) until a negative review was removed. Office said since I wrote the review on my wife’s behalf the review wasn’t within the rules. Tracked me for 4 weeks to listen to the audio.

We love Just for Kids and have been coming here for the past 8 years. Dr. Jeff and his staff are wonderful when it comes to working with children!

I’m always impressed by this office! My daughter was nervous about her appointment, so she got to use their therapy dog Olive during her procedure! Dr. Jeff did a fantastic job - so grateful to have found him!
