Took my dummy tire that had a broken seal between the wheel and tire to get reseated. Guys worked on it til they managed to get it done. Guess dummy tires are harder to reseat than normal tires. Thank you all for helping out.

Won’t fit used race tires on a set of rims for me. I just went elsewhere. I usually pay a mobile service to do it. Your salty shop guy should know theres reason to turn away business.

Excellent customer service, came in about 10 minutes before they closed with a screw in my tire. They fixed it quickly and were happy to help and find me the best deal possible! So glad I found them!

Nice guys but it was a terrible experience. My warranty for my tires expired 19 days ago. The tire is flat and irreparable. Of course, they only have the expensive tire in stock. Since I got these tires here, you think they would give you at least a repeat customer discount. Especially since the warranty just expired. Maybe I am expecting too much; I miss mom and pop shops, these corporate places could learn a thing or two about keeping customers. Not coming back, and I would not buy the expensive except my spare tire blew up too, so I am out of luck.

Outstanding manager you can trust. Honest and very knowledgeable. Only way I would go somewhere else is if the manager resigns. I believe it was Sean Ford whom I spoke with. The road hazard warranty gives me peace of mind that my tires will be replaced at low cost in the event that the tire is unrepairable.

I needed to get tires very quickly before leaving for a trip. The guys dropped what they were doing and got me taken care of in under an hour. I'll definitely be back!

I caught a flat on Saturday 11/4/23. Brought the tire here. They fixed the tire, put the tire back on the car and placed the donut back in the trunk in the well. They didn't charge me anything. The staff was very professional, respectful and friendly. Definitely going there from now on to get the maintenance done on my car.

I went in there yesterday, I wanted them to check to see if I had a nail in my tire. I knew I did. I explained it happened around a construction area. The guy was like you just need air in your tires. I asked him to please check for me.
He went out there. And came back saying I just need air in my tires.
Now the next day, I have a flat tire.

Walked in and immediately was helped. They had patience with me and also offered different price options for tires that would meet my needs. Friendly. Fast service. Helpful. Good customer service. Recommend.

Brought my car in with a screw in the tire. They helped me right away and we only waited 20 minutes. They are quick, courteous and have excellent customer service!

Wife went in for a tire, charged her $250 … no install just a 235/45/17 tire. I mean she paid it as she was in a hurry. Our spare tire was flat so told her to see if they could air it up to see if it holds air … guess that’s too much to ask… cannot recommend this spot.

My experience here was better than I had ever had in any dealership I’ve gone to. I enjoyed how nice the sales people were and how fast I was in and out. Highly recommend.

I came here about a year ago and purchased a three-year alignment warranty. I bought new tires and came in to get the tires mounted and balanced, and to have the alignment done. They told me it would take an hour and a half. I waited for two hours just for them to tell me that the alignment cannot be done. Well sitting there I watched the assistant manager be rude to other customers and turn people away. Don’t bother coming here and take your business elsewhere. Until they hire another assistant manager, who actually cares, this place is not somewhere anybody should be going.

Unbeknownst to me at the time (earlier this evening, a little after 7pm I think), I showed up after they closed. Three guys saw me standing in the lobby-one from afar, standing in the garage, another that walked into the lobby and drank water, then walked back to the garage area and the last one who stared into my soul for a few milliseconds through the garage door then walked away. Neither of them even PAUSED to say anything along the lines of "Hello" or "We're closed. " As a legal professional, I know that communication is important.especially when someone appears to be waiting for service.

If I passed my office's reception after hours and someone was at the door looking in, would it make sense if I ignored them or looked at them, and then went back to what I was doing while they stared at me confused? Hell No. I would walk to the door and either open it or say/mouth through the door that we're closed. Two words. I was coming from Dallas and with it being summer and super light when it's actually late, there's the innocent assumption that businesses are open when well.nope haha. Not to mention, the lobby was open and lit, so that threw me a bit.

I don't mind that they were closed or that the men had things to do to close well. I minded the blatant ignorance of a potential customer.even if I would have had to go back tomorrow!

Prompt service and reasonable price. Took care of my emergency and got me back on the road.

I’ve visited Just Tires in East Allen a few times and always receive 5-star service. On my recent visit, Larry helped me choose the right product for my needs and actually helped me avoid a huge $$$$$ future issue. They show integrity in their work and provide fast service. Last couple visits, I’ve left without purchasing anything. They patched my tire for free and it wasn’t even their tire. Today, when I walked out and saw a flat on my other vehicle, I knew exactly where to go. Just Tires in Allen is the best!
