Update 12/23: Came in to get a screw removed and tire patched. Technician said the tires were too worn. Chris, the Manager, checked the tread warranty and gave me a awesome deal on a set of replacement Goodyear Eagles.
Chris had the tires picked up from a sister store and installed that afternoon.

Impressive staff and service. I took my vehicle in because I thought I needed a tire wheel balance But during their free inspection in advance of the service, they noticed I had axles that had been cracked on my vehicle It was actually unsafe to be driving Fortunately, this was covered under my powertrain warranty, and I was able to have it towed to my Lincoln dealership They indeed confirmed the axles were broken I am thankful that the staff had just tires discovered this They didn’t make any money on that visit, but rest assured I’m taking my vehicle in to this shop for all future tire related needs.

We came out of church and found a big screw in a tire. It was late on Saturday and we were in a rush to get to birthday party. They were very busy and closing soon, but Chris went the extra mile and fixed it on the side of the store super fast. We are forever grateful and will be customers for life now. Thanks again!

After a long and stressful day of 2 tire blow outs. We found this tire shop and they took great care of us! Highly recommend if anyone is in need of tires or alignment. They were very honest and helpful. Chris Helped us throughout our visit and are so happy we were able to go home with new tires! Plus it was all done in less than 40 min!

Chris at Just Tires did an excellent job. He helped me get the best price for the tires. No other place could compete. I have always used other places like discount or 4 wheel parts but discount was too busy and 4 wheel parts would not match the price. Chris got me right in and got the tires i wanted the same day. They did a great job on the truck. Thank you again to Chris and Dan.

I came into the business with a low tire. Just tires was able to immediately get me in and take care of my tire. They are extremely professional and helpful. If you are looking for a great tire service definitely go with them.

More than 1 hour and didn’t give me the $100 credit…as advertised.

Stopped in with a slow leaking tire and visible small nail hole. I was told the tire could be fixed, no problem. 15 min later a technician states the tire couldn't be fixed and asked if I'd like to be quoted for 1 or all 4 tires. When I stated I wanted my vehicle back the employees became annoyed and gave my car back with little to no air in the tire. They just reiterated that "my tire had a leak" when I asked why they hadn't put air back in the tire. They basically refused to add more air so I could drive safely back home or to another store. Luckily I had enough air to get to Firestone down the road and my tire was fixed. When I pulled into the store the tire had about 21 PSI and the picture shows how they gave the vehicle back to me. Avoid this store.

Brought in my car for oil/filter change…sat there for almost three hours and then I get called in to show that the fiber under the front hood had magically come off…really bad and distasteful experience…was expecting little more professionalism…

I came here and got an oil change, serpentine belt, and an engine mount. The engine mount broke 2 months after it was installed. When I took it back, they said it was the transmission mount now and they don't repair that. So I took my car to another mechanic and they replaced the engine mount that Just Tires put in. They told me it was not a Mazda part, but a junkyard part and they charged me $205 for the engine mount alone. I paid $169 for the genuine Mazda part and now my car sound great. BEWARE aof JUST TIRES they are NOT HONEST and charge you for JUNKYARD parts.

I wasn't there for tires, but the young lady working there gave really good directions.

Came in today to get a tire repaired. Was greeted immediately at the door. Daniel, store associate, was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out within minutes.
I will definitely be back.

Wouldn’t recommend leaving your vehicle here manager (Sean) and employee (Grant) are extremely disrespectful to other people’s property!

Needed tires, at a fair price and after calling around checking on prices and availability of the 245/50 R20 tires, I chose the Cooper Tire Endeavor Plus for its quietness and prorated tread warranty and opted out of the warranty offered by the store.

Just Tires did a great job with installation, and the tire inflation pressures were spot on with the MFR and my Model brand recommendations. Not always seen at places that specialize in tire installation.

They had my tires replaced, balanced, and ready to roll out the door within 40 minutes from my arrival. Now this may vary from day to day, but I brought it on a Tuesday afternoon after 4: 15 and it was done before 5pm.

I’m very happy with the tire, and the job they did installing it.

Grant is an amazing technician. Very skillful and professional. Not enough good things to say about him.

I've always been a satisfied customer of Just Tires until I visited their Highland Village location. I had an appointment for two front tires and an alignment, but my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Firstly, the wrong tires were ordered, and it took two hours to complete the job because they had to go to another location to pick up one tire. Despite my offer to come back the next day, the staff assured me it wouldn't take long, but it ended up taking much longer than anticipated.

To make matters worse, the staff lied to me about their own policies. When I confronted them about their one-hour guarantee policy, both Shawn and the gentleman at the counter lied to my face. They blamed me for ordering the wrong size tires and claimed that I never mentioned anything about the delay until it was too late. I don’t even know my own tire size. As a result, my alignment wasn't done during this appointment.

I'm willing to pay for new tires if it's my fault, but I can't stand being lied to. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service and a lack of honesty from a company I previously trusted. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
