Do you dread taking your car in to get fixed and think oh what will they come back and tell me I need? Don’t worry I’ve been there but my experience so far at Just Tires in Frisco has been great. Honest and upfront the whole time. Plus, always finding me ways to save even if it is only $15. Staff is super nice and friendly too! If you need tires, oil change or new battery, like I just got, you can’t go wrong with Just Tires!

The staff are amazing here at Just Tires Frisco. Nathan, Chris & Christian always take care of me when it comes to tires for all my vehicles. The go the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied & always deliver with premium service. Since moving here from California 3 years ago, Just Tires has been my one & only go to place for tire service.

I was experiencing a very slow tire leak of about 3 PSI/day for one week and I visited Just Tires to make the repair. The technician at Just Tires could not find a leak despite doing an over-inflated pressure check on the tire in water. The valve stem was ever so slightly loose and it was tightened as a precaution but no leak appeared around the stem during the test. They spent about 45 minutes on my car and did not charge me for their time despite my attempts to pay them. These are good and honest people that I would recommend for your vehicle tire needs. I will use them when my tires need replacement. Chris assisted me on the phone when I called and when I arrived and he was very helpful and professional.

My experience at Just Tires was impressive. I called them on a Saturday at 4: 30 PM to inquire about installing two tires on my wife's Tesla. Christian on the phone was polite and helpful, telling me to come in.

At the store, Kenneth B.greeted me professionally and quickly took my order for the tire installation. The waiting area was clean, with complimentary water in the fridge and a comfortable workspace.

They finished the job promptly, and my car was ready fast. Just Tires is now my preferred choice for my wife's Tesla, even over the dealership. Kenneth, Christian, Nathen, and the team consistently provide excellent service. I'll definitely return for future tire needs. Highly recommended!

I would like to say thank you to Chris for being so helpful with the three nails I had in my tires, the time crunch I was on, and also bringing helpful suggestions that improves the quality of my car engine. He was Very polite and knowledgeable! I will be returning to just tires because it’s been such a great experience!

Wow, cannot thank the crew at Just Tires Frisco enough! Christian, Chris, Nathan and everyone there are amazing! Have taken 2 of our cars there and last week took my daughters car that was having issues. We weren't sure of the problem or where to take it but wanted to start with people we trust and have had great service with. Called the shop late in the afternoon and although they were extremely busy, they took the time to test drive and work her car in to check it out. Luckily it wasn't a major engine issue as we thought, it was an issue coming from poor workmanship from the dealership she bought it from. They were able to check it out and fix and return to us quickly. Honestly, never have had a tire shop or automotive shop that we have had service like this before. Very honest, trustworthy and hard working with friendly service! Highly Recommend!

These people that work here are the best! They are the most honest and hard working people I’ve ever met at a tire shop. I live quite far from them but I make the drive because their customer experience and quality of work are top tier.

Hour and half wait to watch four customers that arrived after me walk out the door first.didn't seem to be aware that i bought my tires from them after looking up my info.

Had to get a small nail taken out of the tire and patch it up. Instead ended up getting a long answer with little justification and wanted me to change the tire itself! I took it to Caliber and got it fixed in 20 mts.

Just waiting to be attended for 25 plus minutes…there was no line and folks at front desk completely ignored me and kept talking on the phone. Not sure what it is racism or something else …. Tested my patience! Will
Never go here ever again. Would want to file an official complain
