Just Tires, Fort Worth TX

I went and got my alignment done on my vehicle December 5th, because the steering wheel was pulling some after I had some repairs done to the car. I was helped by Ethan and Hooper the salesman and the technician, they were able to get the job done quickly with very little wait. It came out perfect, and drives smooth now. Highly recommend for their professionalism, quality work. I had even taken the car to Discount Tire and found out they don't even do alignments there which was pretty wild in my mind. I was happy to find out that this shop does all kinds of things, if I need to get my oil changed or brake pads changed or several other type of services in the future I'll definitely come back.

These folks were very helpful when I rolled up with a super-low tire near closing time, and quickly identified the leak and repaired my tire. I appreciate the great service and cheerful attitude!

Came in and needed new tires, they helped me fast and made the price fit my budget! Highly recommend them and will continue using them!

Kind staff but tried to tell me that the nail in my tire couldn’t be patched and I’d need a new tire. I declined and when down the street to a different business that patched my tire without any issues.

We had an appointment scheduled for a tire rotation and alignment which we have done at this location many times before. It took over 2.5 hours for it to be completed and no one would give a straight answer as to when it would be finished, we just had to wait. Extremely disappointed in the service.

We were coming in from out of town and leaving the next morning. Tire began to separate. Called Lane who was VERY friendly and helpful over the phone and even more so in person. Was able to get 4 tires and mount one of the existing on the spare for a reasonable cost and time frame. I find myself in Fort Worth regularly and will definitely return if the need arises. Friendly. Prompt. Reasonable pricing. Great spot.

Had an appointment. Told rep I had all new front end parts and new tires. Rep offered a three year plan which was roughly 80% more than a one time cost. (Shouldn’t an alignment last more than three years after a complete front end rebuild and brand new tires?). This truck is a 1999 Toyota Tacoma and is the first time it has ever been aligned. 25 min after my appointment the truck was moved in. 5 minutes later I went outside and noticed the technician checking my wipers, oil, lights, measuring tread depth and testing my battery. Then the manager (?) came over and told me I had a turn signal out and that I needed a new battery. This other checking had already cost me another 15min. I reminded him that I asked for a front end alignment not up-selling me by checking for things I didn’t ask for. It has now been 90 min and still waiting!
This is a corporate training issue I know…Get it together corporate. Be up front with the customer! I was not told up front about all the other checks that cost even more time! $$ I lost an appointment over this that probably cost me $200.00!

Last service here we worked with a young man named Laine. We are impressed with the level of service and care he has for his customers. We came in with one blown tire and another on its way, and he went above and beyond to take care of us (especially considering how busy of a day it was). We were able to get two new tires installed that day. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance.

First service was at the Keller location and was completely professional and had great service. Started coming to this location after they closed and has the same level of professionalism and customer service.
They are understaffed but incredibly hard working, these guys deserve raises and patience.

I had an appointment for 12pm. 4 tires and an oil change. It's now been 3hrs and my car is just waiting in the air on a lift because they just informed me they have no oil filter for my vehicle and he stated he called 40min ago to order one. The communication is horrible why wouldn't you tell the customer when you found out that you're waiting on a filter. Why wouldn't you make sure you have proper supplies before draining and taking off filter? Not good for business.

These folk were very kind! Came in with a screw in my tire, and they fixed it for free! They even adjusted the air in the other tires for me! Excellent service from Laine, Omar, and Kodi (my receipt says those names, i hope i got them right)! Thank y’all so much!
