Typical bunch of lazy ** exactly what you would expect dealing with this place Dallas county baby how do they collect any money when they do not answer the phone. The whole office should be fired and reorganized. Wow do not hold your breath you will not deal with professional here. Management is straight trash.

I don’t understand how someone can try so hard to take care of a something but dealing with this court where no one wants to help makes it worse. It’s been several months we’ve been trying to get a resolution for one citation and we’re still at square one. You will never get anywhere with them over the phone or via email. The most stressful place to deal with.

Waited on hold for over 3 hours & when you do get a hold of them they rush you off the phone as if your the problem when this is there job! Smh

Both of the supervisor are very unprofessional. Shatavia Sims and tashez redic. They get away with alot of things and plays a dirty game in that office and they are friends.ms Sims is very rude to the customers and co workers. And they have Unessary beef with Jones court over a deputy and tashez engage in that and cover up for Sims too much. Hopefully the constable will get to the bottom of these two cuz they are making ms. Tracey look bad. I feel bad for her she doesn't know what they do in that office when she's not there. P. I hope they serve my tenants quickly so I can have my life back. My tenants made my 75yo mother so nervous in her sons own home she couldn't even stay there. Please help my family get these scum out

A hearing was set so I could retrieve wages that were garnished. I am Very disappointed I was not given due process. I was told I was served the judgement was final, however I was not given proof. I told the female Caucasian judge nobody served me, she quickly told me with a sharp tone get representation because that is what they all say. What exacty does that mean in a predominantly AA community? I am a 58 years old professional African American female Well this is why we should Vote FYI I do vote and Advocate for right

Linda is very accommodating and a great clerk! My only complaint is NOT with her. I try to call with no answer- 30 minute wait on one day and almost an hour wait the next, just to check if an appeal has been filed in my case. I finally had to hang up. I also emailed and there was no response. If there is a way to check this online, it would be good to know and likely helpful for the call and email volume the clerks likely experience. Other counties do this. Dallas.get with the program. Something must be done.

Update- New Case - Same exact issue. I've been #1 in the queue for 40+ minutes. I don't think anyone cares. No alternate # or anything. Now I have to drive 25 minutes to get there and back because they won't answer the phone.

I didn't have a good experience, there was a lot of attitude behind the window and and the rep did not inform me of a very important filling fee that was supposed to have been paid

The building is virtually brand new looking, the staff behind the windows giving service are helpful at finding info that you need pertaining to your individual case, but the system that seats the judge presiding was once money hungry and corrupt via: resurfacing old tickets and citations for profit. Good people even still though. Stay out of trouble

Judge is more accepting to help women than men.any run in I've had with this judge.he needs to be voted out

The judge here made it OK for a squatter to take over my grandma home for 3 years. Rent free she Tore her house apart ran up a $2,700 water bill and got the lights service deferred. I don't know much about these Texans but some need to learn the right laws and practice them

I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for over an hour. Someone finally answered, I told them what I needed, and they said "hold on" and just transferred me to some unknown number that rang for 10 minutes and hung up. I'm just trying to check the status on a case. I live out of town, and there's no way to check the status online.

Such an outdated and inefficient system. I know that no one is going to care about this post, and nothing will be done. So whatever. Guess I'll call back and wait another hour or so. Judging from previous reviews, looks like this is the norm. Lol.

Judge Jones is very rude & biased to Tenants. Staff is also rude & never answers the phone

The staff here are amazing. They are so professional and polite. They assisted me with everything and made sure I knew what my next steps were. I really appreciated the courtesy. However if you do plan on going to this location, do not bother calling. They are awesome but awesome in person. You can’t really reach them by phone. Not a big deal, they’re perfect at their jobs and will take great care of you

If I could leave zero star or a half star I would. No one ever answers the phones doing business hours of 8 am to 4pm. The voice-mail is on doing business hours of 8 am to 4pm but it states you have reached them after normal business hours. They are a bunch of none working clowns and a real joke. They have 10 or 12 windows in office and only 3 of them open what was the point of having windows if there is no in them. Tickets were paid a month ago and still not released. Two and half hour hold on Monday with 16 calls in the queue no one ever picked up. Worthless

Y'all need to stop writing tickets if y'all don't know how to process online payments. I live way in Houston now I got to ride out there to pay a ticket in person.

Biased toward landlord. Judge refused to see my evidence because she “trust my word”, but takes all of the defendants evidence. Tenants never stand a chance.

Can never get any one to answer the phone 3rd time calling this week and every time 1 hrs plus call today it said only 2 in front of me at 1hr and 10 minutes and counting lazy people they need to get better employees

Hours on hold and unfortunately they are unable to help most of the time for one reason or another.they really need to put more people to answer calls and give them more authority to resolve straight forward concerns
