Ms. Cleveland listened to our mom’s situation and patiently answered all of her questions, sometimes having to repeat the terms. You will be heard and helped at this company.
RUDE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE WORKING THERE IN THIS OFFICE. RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. AND ALWAYS RUN THE GOOD ONES OFF. MAYBE THE HIGHER UP OWNERS NEED TO WATCH AND RECORD HOW US CUSTOMERS GET TALKED TO AND TREATED. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 8YRS AND NEVER BEEN TREATED WITHOUT RESPECT TILL NOW. SO I DONT KNOW HOW WE CAN HANDLE BUSINESS WITH YALL ANYMORE.

If i could post a 0 star i would not only do they only hire rude people but they get rid of the best ones. They go thru so many good people obviously theres a problem somewhere higher up.
