Simple traffic offense. I hired them to go to trial and fight it. Just wanted the video footage. They had "trouble" retrieving that for 8 months. They emailed me twice to just take the probation. I refused at first because I knew if we obtained the surveillance, it would be an automatic win. They are poor at communicating with you to keep you up to date on your case. Wasted money on them just to do something I could've done myself online back in January when the offense occurred. If you have a minor traffic violation don't waste your time with them.

Do not recommend it, I payed them $270 for two citations, just so they get me to pay $475 more for 210 days of probation! Don’t waste your money just go and pay the court.

There are rude people working here, in fact just the opposite is true. Extremely nice professional staff that take the time to answer questions and explain all parts of the process. Thank you for great service.

So disappointed. Terrible communication and when I called and emailed to get an explanation... Nothing. I ended up paying more for my ticket after paying them $50. They said they would get it drastically reduced, ended up being only by $30, so I paid more, by hiring them. So frustrating.

They always reduced my tickets but this time my tickets were dismissed. Great job! Thanks for been there step by step on my case. I hope that i don't require a ticket lawyer anymore but if i do this firm its my #1 option.

I have been coming here for over 20 years, and James Mallory is going into retirement and this new attorney is already ripping people off 160.00 for a speeding ticket you got to be crazy. Thank You Attorney Mallory for the years you helped our families. I wish this new Atty was like you but anyway found another Atty that did it for 50.00

If you get a ticket, RUN, do not walk to James Mallory. Everyone in my family uses him. Most are dismissed, not on your record and your insurance rates don't go up. That's worth $40.00 any day of the week.

I Do believe That "James Mallory" is the best that money can buy. He has kept my driving record clean for over 38 years. Just be calm when you get pulled over. Dont make it

If you need a traffic attorney in Fort Worth, this is the office to stop by. Even without an appointment and only a walk-in, I was seen almost immediately at the end of a busy day. The offices exudes organization and confidence, but has no costly frills.all good signs. The legal staff listens, take care of the paperwork everyone needs, and you can sense that there is a sense of pride in everyone doing their job well. Everything makes you know that your in great and capable hands.

Have used Mallory for many years. Probation or dismissed tickets is always a win for me. I just dont want to pay the ridiculous high amount tickets. Marci

Got a 2500 ticket dismissed best way to contact this firm is in person but due to a lot of people coming in and out the building you might have to wait a few minutes

This guy and his "business" is a complete scam. They scam you out of money only to waste hours of your time and leave you stuck with the original ticket price that you started out with.

Never once did I talk to a competant person. Never once did I meet or get to talk with Jame Mallory. Pisses me off.

Horrible! Paid $80 for them to tell me it would take 3-6 months for a court date and in the mail the next week says I owe 450! Worst place! Do not go there! I recommend Richardson Law it may be in Plano but well worth the money!

Awesome service. You don't have to go there. Can do all by phone. READ what the send you. If you get a "warrant" in the mail later or any other silliness from the city that wrote you up Call Mallory first before responding. I do not know anyone personally that got anything beyond "dismissed. "

Of course I have never used him myself. I drive my car and ride my motorcycle like a saint, have a perfectly clean record and low insurance rates. I'm just posting this "for a friend. "

We weren't able to use their services but they helped us figure out what warrants were sitting in another county from a traffic ticket 10 years ago. Would go back.

Do not use them if you only plan on getting probation.it will cost the same and its easier to pay the city because you dont have to mail in a money order. Now if you want to fight the ticket then i dont know.

This guy is great! You could get a hundred tickets in a year and he would still get them all dismissed from your driving record. Lines can be kind of long depending on when you go.
