This event place is back on track, trending positive from my recent visit.

I have been to this place couple of times over the last 3 years, all those are invites for b'day celebrations. I could closely observe during those visits how staff was working to make the party happen. The quality of the place and the service gradually came down. Party coordinator never was available and park looked outdated, needed fixes.

But all that changed in my recent visit this month (Sep 2023). Service was great for my son's b'day celebration, table was ready 15mins early with all stuff cleaned up, table cloth spread, plates and cups provided. Party coordinator was 100% available, and helping through out the event. Fixes that were needed in the park were done (card refill kiosks working, all games working, good amount of lighting). For us it turned out to be a smooth event, kids had great fun, thanks to JW Entertainment.

Great service and accommodations here. Very friendly staff and clean environment. Will be coming back!

First time here and I just wanna say I will never be back the staff was okay but do they know how to clean? Or how do they clean with no sink water! Paint is pealing off the walls this place it not the best! Honestly I’m a GM at a different park and I have quite a few points for the GM/Owners here because this place will go down before you know it!

We had a birthday party here. It was fine. The ""host" completely disappeared after the first 20 minutes. The pizza, which was supposed to arrive 30 minutes before end time arrived 10 minutes before ending time. They did extend our time a little, but that doesn't help when people need to leave at the time the party was set to end. The kids (5 year olds) had a lot of fun, so it was a success. Solid average 3 stars.

Refuses to pay employees for first week worked even when they are paying less than nine dollars an hour. They keep saying they will add the missing 15 hours to the following check but every check they forget and promise again. Then after the employee quits, Jump World tells the employees that they have no record of hours worked even though the record is via multiple text if no where else. Very sad that this company thinks it's ok to vomit wage theft.

Excellent place, very friendly employees, especially Michelle! If you want to have your party here, I highly recommend it! Very happy with all the service and also a very safe place!

Came on an outing and we had a great time! Will definitely come again. The sweet lady T the bar was alone and she was amazing

We loved this place, went on a Monday with our 2 young kiddos and spend $20 just for the arcade (arcade was an incentive for potty training lol) and played for about an hour and it was a great time, loved the staff as well.

I should have listened to the reviews about not having a party here. Lesson learned. How does the party package not include socks for the jumpers? ! Then they ran out of small socks. I couldn't find our party planner most of the time. We will stick with Urban Air next time.

This place downright sucks. No other way to put it. My niece had her bday party here (9/16/23) her party was supposed to be 2 hours long but due to the lack of organization from the party coordinator the party went on for over 4 hours. (I hope my sister didn’t have to pay extra for that)
Here were the issues: the cards for the kids didn’t work and had no balance at first. The pizzas that were apart of the party package took so long, it left guests and kids waiting around. The attractions are fun for the kids but as an adult I could see how unsanitary things are. I was left wondering how often they sanitize their facility (probably not that often).
Many games had missing parts or were out of order, for the price you pay for the game credit it’s a complete waste. There also seemed to not be an adult working in sight. A bunch of teenagers who don’t really care about their job let alone offering good customer service.
Please think twice before booking a party here. This place is terrible for parties and mediocre if you’re going for an hour or so.

Place is in total disrepair compared to similar facilities - hard water stains leaking from walls, patches of missing paint, none of the men’s bathroom sinks work (how do employees wash their hands?) - it’s like they built the place and then left it to ruin. Lines for admittance are exceptionally long because they only staff one employee at the front desk, and other staff who pass by aren’t interested in jumping on a computer to help work the line. Overall unimpressed. Price is attractive but you really get what you pay for. Take a shower in hand sanitizer when you get home.

Decent place, but some attractions that were supposed to be included with entry were closed.disappointing for the cost. Also, when you're taking video of your kids playing, you don't expect to hear 50 Cent sing "shake that @$$ girl". Totally unedited Apparently the toddler at the top of the trampoline lane liked it, though, because she gave a good shoulder shimmy. Still, highly inappropriate.
If you intend on playing any of the games in here, get ready to break the bank.

Didn’t even know this place existed! Anyplace where I can have my three boys come is amazing. They have a baby area so my 10 month old could play in while my older two boys jumped in the older area. We played for an hour and my boys wished we played more. Downside you can’t bring outside food. Bathroom were clean. Will come again.

This place is way overpriced and not worth anyone’s time or money. I went there assuming that I could go on the trampoline, dodgeball, the trapeze, and the other activities. Everything was closed besides the trampolines which I find the absurd. This place was better as Jumpstreet.

I've had amazing time with my kid here. It had all the things needed for my kid like trampoline, arcade etc stuff. Definitely better than urban air at this price. Must appreciate Joniah who was the attendant there and she is just amazing and friendly.

This is a nice place for kids to play and get some energy out. They have separate areas for younger kids, so that is a good thing. Jumping areas, zip line and arcade games make a good birthday party spot too!

Lots of non working spaces and helpers unable to say when they will be fixed. E.g dodge ball
