Excellent, fast service and a great price. He hemmed a pair of suit pants for me In an hour on a Saturday at 4: 30 and they closed at 6pm. I will be going back for sure!
We've had multiple things altered here, and they do a great job. We're always greeted with a smile, and he's very patient with us. They are also open longer than most places (close at 6pm on a Saturday), which makes it super convenient.
Has done great work. Charges way too much for simple things. Be sure to ask how much before leaving your garment. Not sure I'll return. The key is return business.
Great service. Price was a little higher than average, but I can live with that since it's a small price to pay for an honest and trustworthy tailor. Had my suit done in time for a wedding I was going to. Fixed everything I needed, and I'm somewhat picky on the little nuances.
When I need my apparel tailor-made I bring my clothes here. No other Plano, Texas tailor will suffice. I brought numerous pairs of pants here and have been 1000% Satisfied every time. Won, the business owner, is truly a master of his craft. He is very friendly and helpful in understanding the alterations he is recommending. I truly believe the sky is the limit for his business to grow. He should be running multiple franchises that operate as effective as this one. I will actually be bringing in another pair of jeans today. I have no doubt he will exceed my expectations yet again.:)
KC did a decent job with my first alteration (2 months ago) which was a suit. I went in yesterday and asked him to do what I would consider a fairly simple repair on a pair of compression shorts and after being extremely unclear about whether or not he could do it, he said he could not. Went to my girl Dana at European Style Tailor at 3131 Custer Rd, Suite 105, Plano, TX and she fixed me right up. Sorry KC, you blew it on this one.
I'm a tall guy so you can imagine i'm picky about my tailoring. This guy is the best in Plano and probably all of DFW. He does great work and cares about his customers.
