We always enjoy visiting this store and the owner is very friendly. She gets some very nice things at fair prices.

I saw someone's review - upset that she wouldn't buy what they wanted to sell. A family member owns a similar store in another town and the requests to buy are non-stop.and folks always somehow think that grandma's things that they don't want should be worth more. I would not hold a decline to buy something against any store keeper.

Absolutely horrible customer service and incredibly rude, condescending sales person. I simply asked to look underneath the slip covers to make sure the chairs I wanted were in good structural condition. I was told I wouldn't get them back on correctly and told the chairs weren't right for me. I purchased the chairs anyway because I liked them. But I will never step foot in this place again. I never write reviews but I was so appalled at the interaction I had with the woman with the large glasses that I feel the need to warn others.

This place is incredible stunning merchandise the ladies so pleasant saying that you better have a big fat wallet geared for the Rivercrest crowd

I called in to ask if they purchased Singer Sewing machines, and the lady who answered the phone says "honey, I'm gonna be honest with you, you are wasting your time.there are tons of Singers out there and nobody wants to buy them". I told her "there is no need to be rude, goodbye! " talk about RUDE!

Every time we come to Ft. Worth, we go to K. Flores. Always warm and friendly service. Wonderful variety of lovely antiques at reasonable prices.

Kathy Flories knows her antiques and been in the business of filling many a homes with wonderfull antique. Many dealers and collectors frequent her shop on a daily basis because Kathy has the 'nack' for finding incredible things. The prices are set/firm if you want it, but it because I will.
