THEY LIE! On my 1st experience, I was a walk-in and urgently needed my lashes done as a refill as I had to travel out of town and my regularly scheduled visit to Bella lashes was the next day and they had no appointments available for that day. They told me their price, which was alot more than what I am used to paying so I said nevermind. When turning to walk out, I was asked what I typically paid for a two week refill at Bella lashes and I was offered to pay the same price for refills going forward after agreeing to pay THEIR INITIAL HIGHER PRICE. THEY LIED! Upon completing my 1st refill (two weeks later), I was hit with the $85 fee. I argued, and the manager/owner acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She finally relented. Since then, they would not honor it.

TODAY, i went in for what I was told was a "correction" since my lashes were more than halfway fallen off since my visit 7 days ago. This has never happened to me. The 1st 2-3 days after my last refill visit my lashes rapidly began falling off and in just a few days looked like i needed a 2-week refill. I left town on the day of the refill and was unable to return within the 1st few days of the refill, but called them and advised them and scheduled to come in. The person who answered the phone looked up and confirmed my previous refill and who it was scheduled with so my CORRECTION would be done by her. NOTE: The previous refill was done by a very nice but different technician as my usual-Tina, was out due to CoVid, I was told. Nevertheless, this CORRECTION was SUPPOSED to be NO CHARGE.

ANOTHER LIE! Upon completion of my CORRECTION, i was advised that I owed $65. After much discussion, I was told that I should have returned within 2-3 days and that they would educate the person who scheduled me to come in for the CORRECTION about the CORRECT POLICY. This POLICY that I was hearing about for the 1st time was irrelevant when I again felt misled and quite frankly tricked into coming in for a CORRECTION.

They refused to, at the very least, discount the cost of the services of which I should not even have to pay for and they even lectured me on how to handle their poor installation of my lash extensions IF it occurs again. Well, I paid and advised that I would be making other decisions with my hard earned money. Soooooo, BEWARE!

First time getting lashes in 5 years and had great experience with Annie! Super friendly, fast, clean, etc. I started with basic premium set and they turned out natural and a week later.seem fine! Definitely booking again soon!

Julie is the best Highly recommend. I go just because Julie does such an amazing job with the $5 increase I was not real happy but Julie is so good I just wait 3 weeks for the refill

I came here for the first time wanting to do a lash lift, so i called and booked an appointment.i ended up running late and called them to inform them, they were very understanding and still did my lash lift. Vivian was the one who did my lashes.she was so gentle and they turned out so beautiful.i definitely recommend this place

So easy to make an appointment online! I never have to wait to see my lash specialist. Vivian is the best! I had messed up my lashes at a previous place and she helped me get them healthy again!

Annie did such an amazing job on my lashes! She is very knowledgeable and my lashes feel so light! So excited I found her!

Annie did my lashes, she was so sweet and informative, she answered all my questions & made sure I was comfortable. I’ll be coming back in a couple weeks to get a refill:) I recommended 10/10

Keila is the best lash girl I’ve ever had. I have plenty lashes and Keila helped me through my whole journey to eyelashes extensions. I trusted her as she used her skills to apply the lashes that match my eyes shape. The lashes she puts on on are very comfortable. I got a lot of compliments.
I really recommend anyone to come to Hannah for the eyelash extension services. If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would!
