KAC Express: Heating Repair Spring TX & AC Service

Great and fast service repairing our upstairs heating. He was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue and solved it immediately while on-site I would recommend this company anytime.

Trung just diagnosed and repaired our AC. Called him at 530p and he was here and had the repair complete by 645p. Nice guy, professional, and the price was really good. He will be our AC guy going forward.

We called the company at 5 pm on a Saturday when we noticed our AC wasn’t cooling the house. He arrived on Sunday at 10 am. He was very knowledgeable and repaired the ac unit in a timely manner. He also offered suggestions to issues he found in the attic.

We called this company Sunday morning the gentleman came Sunday afternoon gave us an estimate he was very nice and professional. Monday morning Jorge Jr. Came did measurements he was very nice and professional. Tuesday Jorge Jr and his Father Jorge Sr.came to do the installation and they did a fantastic job. They explained everything they were awesome. The young lady that called was also so nice. We are very happy with our experience with this company we will definitely use them again and request Jorge Jr and his father. We have lived here 17 years and our home feels great the whole house cooled quickly even our master bedroom that has always been either to hot in summer and freezing in winter. Jorge made sure all the vents were blowing properly the heating system worked properly explained everything they did. We had our duc work replaced, furnace, Ceiling vents and wall return grilles. I called them because they are close to my area. I called around 8 or 9 something the man said he would be there in 20 minutes. Diagnosed my problem (same thing husband said) fixed in 20 minutes and i even have a warranty. Yall better call these people especially when your a c break ij the middle of the night. Hot Houston, TX summer. AC not cooling well, plus vents were so thin, had air escaping! Trung Nguyen came out looked things over asnd gave us an estimate. Looked better than what we planned, so we set the date for his guys to be here, to replace everything (outside and inside units).

When the crew arrived (on this 100 degree day), they started by bringing in what looked like space suits! VERY well insulated ducts - made our existing ones look like shredded paper! They hung them correctly instead of laying them on floor as old ones did. Next, they brought in new panels, evaporator and everything else to build the new unit IN THE ATTIC (new Air Box too)! New Condenser unit outside as well.

RESULT.house runs cooler, and the unit does not run as long either - which will be good on the monthly pocket book! As hot as it was, his team finished this big project in one day, and left here with a smile on their faces, KNOWING they did a most professional job!

KAC Express has been wonderful! Mr. Robert came by in June to repair the upstairs unit in June and Mr. Trung came by today to repair the downstairs unit. They were very professional, knowledgeable, arrived on time and were very efficient in their work. Highly recommend!

Called the owner and he came out to the house that evening. We had a new cooling coil by the next night. The crew was great and the work was well done at a great price. I’d recommend them for anyone who wants there HVAC done right and right away.

Outstanding service. Our ac went out in the middle of the night. Went out of his way to find a control board to fix our ac’s broken one. Installed it and now works perfectly. Highly recommend KAC express. Was affordable and he called the next day to make sure everything was good.

These guys did a great job installing a zone control board. They did it at a competitive price- lower than the conglomerate quoted me.

I had an AC repairman out to my house five separate times trying to figure out why the primary bedroom of my house was so hot. In frustration, I called Romeo at KAC hoping maybe he could fix the problem. Holy moly, within ten minutes he rewired the unit and had cold air blasting through my house. Incredibly reasonable rates and extremely knowledgeable.
