It is worth driving 500 miles each way to purchase equipment from Kaige Kubota. Sammie and Torrey made things happen and delivered the equipment I needed. Sammie's insightfulness and energy manifested a rare level of competence. I live in a remote area far from any dealer support. I drove 350 miles, saw the equipment quoted, viewed and discussed options, and then fully closed the transaction. In one day I was heading home fully loaded save for one difficult to find attachment. Sammie somehow located the item at a place on my route back home! Sammie also overnight drop shipped another specific item not in stock anywhere in the state. The entire Kaige team worked well together and genuinely took interest in their duties and me personally. I never felt rushed, pushed or overly stupid. Everyone spoke frankly and respectfully, taking appropriate self initiative to make sure everything came together and crossed a finish line. I wish I could recall everyone's names. It took 9 different people (that I saw and spoke with myself) working well together to make this purchase happen. Way to go! Perhaps it is possible to save a thousand dollars and experience the same level of outstanding responsiveness by using a different dealership. I was not able to find such a dealership in person or by the number, quality and detail of their online reviews.
