Courtney Kaisand is an Amazing, Beautiful, Smart, Knowledgeable, Aggressive, Honest & Compassionate Attorney! During my divorce process I was stressed, had multiple family deaths going on. Just a all around horrible 2021 year all together. After I received notice of divorce, I looked around everywhere, called multiple lawyers and Mrs. Kaisand is the one I felt comfortable with along with Christy Young. During these legal proceedings it can become stressful and hectic but they kept in constant contact with me via email, text, or phone call. The whole process does take time, & emotions will run its course and they understand. It’s hard to stay level headed during these type of situations but Courtney understands as well as Christy. They listen, document and take action.

I was really excited about connecting with Courtney since she has such great reviews! However, she is inexperienced when it comes to custody matters that aren’t as straight forward. She is not an outside of the box thinker or provided a strategy of any kind. She showed very little empathy and was not someone who probed or asked questions about my case to gauge different options or solutions. She was a bit cold and overall a let down. Thankfully I was able to speak to another attorney who did say similar things as Courtney however, was able to provide a long term strategy for my case that would be helpful. If your case has any type of complexity or require proactive thinking - steer clear of this law firm.
