Kaizen Sushi, El Paso TX

Annabel was such a great server. She checked on us the perfect amount of time. This may sound crazy but it’s rare now that servers actually pick up dirty plates. Annabel was on top of if and made sure we always had water.

We will return. I’m picky about sushi, I’ve enjoyed some of the best places in LA. I can confidently say this is the best sushi we’ve found so far in El Paso. What I love is the prices! Such GREAT GREAT PRICES! The plates are great sizes and sushi tasted fresh.

We highly recommend this place.

Terrible service of the waitress Anabel, she was rude and mean to my family, ruined our daybut the food was pretty good.

The food was very delicious, but the waitress Anabel served them very poorly and was very rude to my colleagues, especially to my friend's son who was slightly late.

Everything about the food is very good, the truth is it is delicious, but there is a waitress who I think is called Anabel who is a very rude girl, she treated my friends and I extremely badly as if she were doing us a favor, the truth is she had a disastrous attitude and He spoke very badly to all of us, the truth is that it doesn't make us want to return to the place with this type of service

Worst service ive had in a long time. The seaweed was chewy, the calamari is not fresh, it’s frozen then reheated. The wasabi was old and had a dark green color to it?

Last time we had sushi was 2 years ago in California, and we had it often. Just visited Kaizen today, and we were definitely impressed and satisfied. Beto provided amazing and swift service refilling our drinks before we were even ready for refills. Nice to get that without asking.coming back very soon. If you visit, bring a big appetite.

It's alright. Remember, you are in El Paso.you are in the middle of a desert! If you don't have high expectations, you should be alright.

I was suppose to go to Sunny’s sushi, but decided to try something new. I can say it was a great decision. The service was good and the food was even better. I defiantly recommend trying the poke bowl.

Delicious food, and the service was great, food kind of pricey, but overall very good, will be returning for sure.

Been here a few times and wanted to make sure before I gave the 5 stars, but no this place deserves it. Everytime we go it hits, and it’s usually quite slow when we go so the service is on point. The waiters/waitresses we’ve had have been attentive and they don’t mess up our orders (and we order alot.)

The food here is amazing, you need to try the Sushi Burrito and the Appetizer Sampler (minus the wings.) The soups are also delicious. I can’t talk much to the fried rice or noodle dishes though. You need to check this place out, we will definitely keep returning.

My experience in this place was bittersweet. Regarding the food, everything was excellent, the sushi was delicious.the problem was the service the waiter always had an unfriendly attitude It seemed that it was unpleasant for him to serve us, even so my husband and I always thanked him when he brought us what we requested.his attitude all the time was very bad
He focused especially on a table, it is worth mentioning that the place was not full, and even so it was not an excuse for his behavior. In the end we asked for the check, he took the card and left to continue serving the other table that I already mentioned and ignored us again. Fortunately, a very kind lady came up to ask us if everything was okay, I think she noticed our annoyance. This experience was very unpleasant for us.

BEST SUSHI IN TOWN. Brings a real feel of El Paso community to the Japanese sushi scene, very nice workers and DELICIOUS food.

Food was mediocre, with the fish tasting old. Me and my wife love eating sushi, and this experience was the worst. The rolls tasted funky, rice was not sushi rice. I don't understand how they have a 4 star on their reviews. Old fish! Didn't eat any of the food, except for the dumplings that were decent. And still paid 60 dlls. Will never come back again.

I'm a sushi lover! Lived in Japan for years so I know sushi is and i know what it should taste like and I'm sorry Kaizen you don't deliver. The sushi rolls fall apart, therefore not using right rice for sushi. The tuna had spots of color from very dark to very light so not fresh and frozen to long. I tried three different rolls and they were flavorless I felt the need to drench in soy sauce to even swallow it. We ended up leaving full three rolls cuz we cudnt stand it anymore and end up paying anyways. I'm sorry but don't come for sushi unless ur ready to flush is down the drain.also we saw our sushi maker eating where he makes the rolls.

Beto always helps us out and takes care of us. We've had so many different menu items and every single one is great, especially the specialty rolls.

The food was absolutely delicious! I was highly impressed by the way the sushi was served. The service was friendly & atmosphere was enjoyable. I would definitely could again.

The worst place to eat poke, everything in general is bad, the squid salad horrible. They should review the true flavors of the food again, it's not just about making it and that's it.
