Kaizon Solutions, Irving TX

Formally known as Top Brass and is now known as Kaizen Solutions. This is a very terrible cleaning company to work for, I can not express enough how terrible this company is. If you wanted to speak to someone in corporate about the way you have been treated they give you the run around and you will never be able to speak to corporate because when you call a corporate number that number routes backs to Kaizon Solutions. A real Joke! My advice to you don't do it you will regret it, better yet look into it for yourself. Get someone name there at (Kaison Solutions) and then try to reach corporate for a question and watch the number route back to Kaison Solutions. Very, very
unprofessional and even though the name changed still same results. Don`t be the next victim to this company. 7/23/22

Worked for them as a contractor they make exceptions for clients and don't care of employees at all.job sites were filthy and just unprofessional we were sent to have extra keys made in the lady at the key shop told us that she couldn't do it because they owed a bill from 5 months prior so when we call the office they sent the manager over there to pay the bill off and make the keys for us just totally unprofessional.

Top Brass provides great service and the operations manager really cares about her customers.

Worst cleaning company I have ever used. I would not even consider this place. Seriously look elsewhere! They do not stand behind anything they say.
