This company is the worst company we have dealt with on any level. When I got a part that I paid for a two day delivery, it took four days to get here and it’s the wrong part. They would not except a return due to their policy ““. I had taken it out of the box being a starter switch at their request and had to take a picture of it to send them, and they replied, saying they would send me a return policy. They led me to believe that my money would be returned, and they had no Intention of returning any money. If I gave them a one star that was more than they are worth, I wouldn’t buy a bicycle from them. At this point let alone any type of parts for an ATV. These people were rude and obnoxious and liars. If you do business with them, you’re at your own risk. I would suggest you find someone else even if the cost is higher. I wasted over $100, two weeks of my time to try to deal with them and they chose not to have any reasonable customer relations.

Absolutely awful customer support. You can’t get anyone to contact you back. I have left messages, sent emails, contacted the regional manager, and get no response. What good is a warranty if you can’t contact someone for support. Will never by a Kandi product again.

The absolute worst experience EVER. Bought the K27 May 2022, passenger strut was welded poorly and broke, ended up replacing the part and labor out of pocket because no one would respond to my calls or emails for warranty work. Since this June I have been trying to get more warranty work done or help with getting the car to run. I have 765 miles on the car and it will not move forward or backward. Worst mistake I have ever made. If you are looking for an EOV pay a little more and go with a reputable company. I currently have a EOV that is of zero use and the daily frustration of contacting Kandi America to find out what they plan to do with no response from anyone.

Do not buy! Junk I bought the Kandi Cruiser from Lowes it only worked for 3 rides, I call them, email them very difficult to get them to answer, I finally had them call me they sent me a part for ME To Replace I let them know it still does not work now they just decided to not answer again. What a terrible experience. Had to start a chargeback with my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS

The Kandi products seem ok, at best, but their customer service couldn’t be worse. I would stay far away from this brand but if you have to buy one just pray nothing goes wrong. I emailed back and forth with their team for months and when we finally found a local company willing to work on their cart it was picked up and now has been at the repair shop for 4 weeks with no response from Kandi about sending replacement parts. I have spent hours calling and emailing to no avail. Do not buy!

We appreciate the opportunity to work with this company and their golf cart division. They provide a solid product and good level of support to the end user. Customer service has been attentive and the Kandi technical staff have taken our dealership’s calls to address the few issues that have arisen. Thank you for the continued business and support!

Worst service department I have ever had. You purchased the car with warranty but nobody help you if you need any help. Service advisor easily rejected the warranty coverage or said the repair takes around a month. Don’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Kandi. Totally unprofessional.

You would have to be absolutely nuts to purchase any Kandi product. I learned this after purchasing 3 K27s. One of them had an issue with charging. I contacted Kandi 9 times! Left messages with the secretary or whoever the woman was that answered each time. Never once got a return phone call back to assist in warranty repairs. Their warranty is absolutely useless.
