I’ve not a patient here but I do take a love one here and I must say these people are really nice. Dr Kane is kinda stern but he’s accurate and open to telling you his opinion.

And I must say Jessica M the FNP is the best. She’s so kind and helpful and it was truly a pleasure talking with her and the staff.

I’m glad they’re here to help. Oh yeah they have snacks and water for the patients.

The staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly. They listen to your concerns and answer your questions. I highly recommend KHB for your neurology needs.

Great staff Drs nurses front desk are all outstanding. Very comforting and eased my mind in a scary time. A little difficult to get on the phone at times but I would never consider going anywhere else.

I came here because I'm suffering from extreme insomnia. I've been on medications to help but nothing's worked so far. I went into this appointment optimistic since this is their specialty. Instead, my visit with Dr. Srirekha was a HUGE disappointment. She said that this is my life and that she could add my medications but I'd most likely gain weight from it. So she suggested nothing! Nothing! I wake up breathless, I have sleep paralysis, and I scratch to the point of blood but there's NOTHING she could do. I don't think this is the best placement for a doctor that specializes in sleep.

When I first went I found the doctor to be very nonchalant and gave me meds without really assessing the issue because “hey doctors don’t know what causes migraines, ” told me come back for a follow up then Bill me $25 for an appointment that I was never told about because they changed the initial follow up appointment.

I will never recommend this place

Hands down the worst Dr visit. Dr. Kane was very rude. And unnecessarily pushy with his questions. I'm glad to see he is liked by his other patients and clients. I will not be returning.

If you want timely care, don’t go here!

I was referred to KHB for a sleep study and it has been the slowest process ever. It’s been over 3 months since my referral and I still haven’t gotten an answer.

I had to wait two months just to get my initial consult which was really just a few questions that could have been asked over the phone or online.

Another 2.5 weeks to get a device for an at home sleep study. Now it’s been almost two weeks since my sleep study and I still haven’t heard a thing. I’ve left messages in the patient portal and voicemail and heard nothing back.

Each time I was in their office, a patient was dealing with some clerical issue in person. One had been trying to reach someone over the phone, gave up and came to the clinic in person. Another person was sent up to the clinic to pick up a form, only to be told they don’t have that form and the person that did wasn’t in the office that day so they sent her away empty handed.

This clinic just seems way too busy to actually care about their patients. Go somewhere else!

We had our second appointment with Kane Hall Barry, Doctor Barry specifically, this AM and as was with the first appointment, we were very pleased with the care and service we received from the Center and from all of the Staff. Dr. Barry was so very compassionate and dedicated to his work and to us, his patients, and our needs and concerns. His life-giving care is so very-much appreciated. The Clinical Staff here at the Colleyville Clinic are friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in the roles they play throughout the clinic. We were truly impressed with the level of care that all the Staff gave to us, and we were especially thankful to Shea for her caring concern and attention to detail in helping us with our needs in a time when the attitude of those around us who can have such a positive impact, do so without reservation, or selflessness for others they are bound to help. Thank you, Dr. Barry, and Shea, and thank you to all the unnamed Staff that were instrumental in taking care of us. God Bless, all of you. Earl and Hsi

Went to one appointment and saw Dr. Kane. He came barging in my room without knocking, then proceeded to interrupt and talk over me when I was trying to explain why I was there. I’m frightened and trying to find answers for my seizure disorder and he acted like he could care less. I contacted my regular doctor after this and asked to be referred to someone else. I would normally try to give someone acting like this another chance because we all have bad days, but after reading other reviews I think this is Dr. Kane’s normal “bedside manner”. Very unprofessional IMO. Treating patients like that is not ok. He needs to be reprimanded although we all know THAT won’t happen. Just because you’re a doctor doesn’t mean you get to act like a jerk.

I have been coming to KHB for about 12 years now, unfortunately, I am a migraine sufferer and I must say with the many changes the world has seen they have never given anything less than stellar service, and for that reason alone is what keeps me coming back. I appreciate all the doctors, nurse practitioners, and office staff for everything they've done. Keep up the great work guys it definitely doesn't go unnoticed.

My daughter is actually the patient. She lives 4 hours away and asked Crystal to send her lab request to her primary dr. The next day, when the office had not received the lab orders and my daughter had left messages, I was off work so I called. Crystal told the woman I was speaking to that she just sent them again and had just hung up from speaking with my daughter. Not possible. I was texting with my daughter while she was on the phone with her primary physian.
I requested the office manager, got her voice mail and I was extremely angry after trying to speak with Crystal and made this clear in the message and left the number for her to call my daughter instead of me. This was a mistake. My daughter is extremely overwhelmed with her health issues and felt like Judy didn't care at all and just kept talking all over her. My daughter never felt like she was able to get any reassurance about the situation at all.

I called her primary who called the office and was able to get the labs due to the fact she was calling from a doctors office. If not for that, my daughter would have had to take a day off to go to the nearest lab Corp 2 hours away from her.

Dr Kane seems to really want to help my child but any physician is only as good as the staff and Crystal and Judy showed themselves to be a hindrance in patient care today.

I have been going here for quite some time and I do love my doctor Maddukuri at the Bedford location. And her assistant Zack. Unfortunately the incompetence shines to brightly here. The staff turn over rate is astounding! I can’t get anybody to answer the phones. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call. I usually hang up after 10 minutes. Rescheduling an appointment is a nightmare. I know it’s a tough job answering phones but really?

My doctor was wonderful however getting through to a person or called back my medical staff or anyone else was a nightmare. I am finding a new doctor because their system and staff are too incompetent to actually receive information when you need it.

I scheduled appointment at Bedford location at 11: 15 am on 11/3. I received a voicemail to confirm my appointment on 11/2 at 3: 39 pm. I called right away and I spoke to David at Bedford location. I asked to reschedule my appointment to next week. He was so rude and told me there is a $25 for rescheduling. I told him, so just cancel the appointment. He told me there is still $25 fees to cancel the appointment. I explained that I called right away when I got a call from you. If you want to tell me there is fees for rescheduling or canceling you should call me earlier. He told me, they will still charge me the $25. There is still 19 hours till the appointment and I’m sure they have a waiting list.
If they start with me like that and their representative talk this way, I think their other services will be just like that. I’m not gonna go to this location and will look for another place.
The only message I received it was 19 hours before the visit. So they didn’t even tell me that this is their policy.

Went and met with Dr Kane for a consult about head pain and found that Dr Kane is very.different (I'll get to more of that in a minute). My biggest issue with him (and his office) is the fact that for 5 weeks now (as of this review) I have gone without hearing so much as a peep from them about my MRI. I have called them at least once a week to get him to sit down and review my results and let me know what they found, and the office staff keeps telling me "we'll leave a note for him. ". Well, I guess all those notes are just vanishing into thin air because I have yet to hear from him (or a medical staff member to let me know what his thoughts are). How careless can one outfit be.seriously? Do you care so little about the patients that you can't sit down for 5 minutes and call someone back to deliver test results?

I say all of that to say "thank goodness" that I went and got the results (the afternoon I had it done) and had them sent to my PCP. My PCP called me and went over them with me and told me what everything meant. He did say he'd like to know if the neurologist concurs but guess I'll just have to let him know one day in the distant future.

Now, back to Dr Kane and his beside manner.not sure how to really describe him but maybe "too busy" might be the right words. When I would try to talk, he'd cut me off. I'd try to make a humorous remark to ease my nerves, he'd cut that off. He just doesn't seem to have time for actual human care. I might as well have met with a robot and I would have received the same treatment. I kept looking over to the medical assistant that was with him documenting everything to get some kind of feedback or reaction. The guy may be a good guy, but he definitely needs to either learn better time management or go back to Humanity 101 to learn how to care (like emotionally) for patients again.regardless maybe in his rushed existence he can find time to sit down and review my results and let me know what's wrong with me.

I'm very proud of doctor Kane. He knows what he's doing. He kept my sizures under control for like 6 years. He love his services, and would recommend others to see him.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience here. All of the staff are amazing! Anytime I’ve called in with any kind of question, concern, or RX request, it gets answered in a very timely manner. I’ve seen 3 different providers and the service is consistent throughout!

I love this office. My doctor is wonderful and the staff are great. They also stick to the appointment time which you don’t find many places and this is a big plus for me.
