My Daughter loves Sustaire's ATA. The Coaches are engaging, the Sustaire's are awesome & class is fun enough that she's self driven to focus & grow.

Fun and you learn a lot, and they have a nice mix of discipline and caring for their students

Our son has loved participating in the weekly classes and focusing on discipline, self control and determination. The instructors are wonderful role models, positive and encouraging all students to do their best.

My daughter started classes in 2021 and quickly started asking to go more and more often. The instructors work are wonderful and they keep the class moving and entertaining! She’s now a black belt, and my husband and I are color belts.

My son has been at the Sustaire's ATA Allen location since February and the impact on his focus, athleticism, and socialization have been very positive. He understands working towards goals, the importance of hard work/practice, and has good rapport with classmates & instructors. Very happy that I responded to the intro special advertisement last winter

I have three kids currently who attend classes here. We love that the instructors take the time to know each kid's name and their strengths and challenges. They instill discipline and hard work. Taking Taekwondo classes have helped my kids develop confidence and perseverance.

By far one of the best investments I have made for my son. My son has learned respect, discipline, a team sport, self defense on top of making life long friends with the other students. The staff is professional, kind and always willing to listen and jump in when needed. The owners have been encouraging and supportive in every aspect of my sons life. My son has a special place in his heart for each one of his instructors and beams when they encourage him or support him in any way. You could not ask for a better program for your child.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My son has been attending for 6 years and is now a 2nd degree Black Belt. Their instruction style is such a wonderful balance of fun, energetic, and positive lessons while still teaching respect and discipline in a firm but encouraging way. My son is a confident, helpful, responsible, and respectful 14-year-old (seriously!), and I know a big part of that is because of this school and the awesome instructors. And he has made lots of good friends here that have been taught the same values.

They have classes for all ages and many parents (including my husband) have joined the adult classes too. It’s a great community.

If you’re on the fence about whether to sign up, just do it! They often have specials for beginner students. And you will not regret what this school and this sport can do for you or your kid’s life!

Our Daughter Emi has learned so much here at ATA and it sure has helped with her focus as well. She is currently a purple belt and comes 3-4 times per week ️ ️️️️

This is the best Martial Arts school! I have been training under the Sustaire’s for 15 years. My son will be starting next year! I couldn’t recommend them more.

I've been in martial arts for 25 years and transferred to the Sustaire's schools (in Allen and McKinney) about 4 years ago when I moved to Texas from Oregon. I've seen all kinds of martial art facilities (both good and bad), and while the Sustaire's are definitely on the GREAT side of this spectrum, what sets them apart is the wonderful culture they've created which has resulted in largest amount long-term students I've ever - EVER seen. Dozens of students have been training there for over a decade (some over 20 years!), which told me right away that I was in a place that is consistent, dependable, and.well, wholesome. It's a great community that caters to kids and adults alike, and makes you want to hang around for awhile.:)

Sustaire's Karate for Kids-Allen is an outstanding martial arts school. Our daughter has been a student there for the past ten years. The owners have created a school culture that is defined by high expectations coupled with genuine support. Every single teacher our daughter has trained with has been highly skilled in Tae Kwon Do and has been kind and encouraging. As a parent, I love that our daughter has found a lifetime athletic activity that she enjoys so fully. Further, I love that she has grown in resilience, confidence, and grit as a result of her training. My son joined about 6 months ago. We have loved every minute of it. They design their classes in a way that it keeps young children's attention. The instructor to student ratio is great. The owners are very hands on very attentive. It provides almost a family atmosphere. We look forward to many years of watching our son grow with this team.

This is a great place for your kids to learn discipline, patience, sportsmanship and self defense! We have been going to this school for 4 years now and we have never been happier for our 2 karate kids. The instructors are really great at teaching and molding them into a better person. ATA is probably one of the biggest Taekwondo organization and SustairesATA has 2 convenient locations: Allen and McKinney schools. Their Classes are from Monday-Thursday and Saturday. Fridays are for private lessons where they can get a chance to master their skills.
