I was very disappointed today, maybe the groomer was having a bad day, but she really messed up my Schnauzer’s face and what I asked for looks nothing like I asked and I even provided a very cute picture, very sad because her face looks terrible I could have done better. And they had me pay before bringing my baby and I left a tip, if I had saw it before it definitely would’ve of been a tip. I also asked to not remove the top of her nose hairs, but guess what it was removed. She just looks horrible! I now wish I had not brought her there I really want my money returned, she looks horrible! I don’t know how to put a picture so I can show her.

They did a wonderful Job with my dog, and the owner was extremely nice and straightforward. Pricing was excellent!

Took my very old and crippled Staffie to get her extra long nails clipped. Akhaia CAME OUT TO MY CAR to clip Missy’s nails (who was very scared because it is painful for her as she has bad joints and hips) and took her time, spoke so kindly to her and had such patience with her. She did a great job and told me what a great dog mom I was because of how I was distracting Missy and talking to her while her nails were being clipped. (I knew how scared she was…and even though she has never bitten anyone, when dogs are scared and confined, sometimes they snap or bite).

Egregiously horrible experience today! My 7 year old Maltipoo spay, was dropped off by myself at 8: 30 am (they say anytime between 7: 30 and 9: 00 am is the time for dropoffs) her first ever appointment & with Michelle. I clearly outlined to Michelle at the time of dropping my dog off that Ariel was very separation anxiety prone. I never heard from them all day and at 3: 30 pm after 7 hours, gave them a call and they said it would be 20-30 minutes more. At 4: 00 pm, I did not hear from them & decided to head in their direction, & at 4: 15 pm received a call from them saying that she was ready, more than 7 1/2 hours after being dropped off & really closer to 8 hours. When I got there at 4: 20 pm, I relayed my concerns to the owner who merely said, ". That's the way we do things. " and if I had told them about Ariel (which again I did as clearly outlined above), they would have had her ready at 1 or 2 pm. I said 7 1/2 hours was way too long & they were nothing but ugly to me. They had to be asked three times to hand my dog over to me & I could not pay and leave fast enough. They should be absolutely ashamed at the way they treated me. Btw, the grooming was absolutely disgraceful BAD! My dog was severely traumatized by this experience and did not recover until the next day! Avoid this place like the plague!

First time for my fur baby, brown poodle Romeo; and I couldn’t be happier. Shan did a wonderful job and he was a mess when I left him. They are my Go To Groomer for him. So happy. Thank you all so much from ROMEO AND HIS MAMA ️

We LOVE Karens! We tried multiple groomers for our Great Pyrenees including several mobile groomers and NONE compare to the job these groomers do. Other groomers left matted spots and could never get him dry (My boy isn’t easy-Jojo is 130 pounds of hair and temperament!) But the groomers here always get every matted spot and get him fully dry plus smelling fresh! Jojo absolutely loves going to see these ladies! Every staff member knows him by name and they take great care of all of our dogs every time we come. Yes your dog will have to wait in a crate-not a big deal if your dog is crate trained. The staff lets the dogs out for breaks throughout the day and they seem to really understand dogs-super knowledgeable! My dogs have never left here stressed at all. These ladies take care of the pups and hands down offer the best grooming services in town. I highly recommend Karens!

Loving, caring employees. Kind and helpful. I have been using them for many years with several puppies. Always great experience and puppies enjoy going.

Karen's did a great job with my petite doodle! Friendly groomers, open grooming area. Kennel area in front as well. Prices are reasonable. ️

I was thrilled to see how my groomer related so well with my dog and her needs. Nail trimming was on a donation basis. They had an immediate opening and it was low stress for my dog who hates her nails trimmed.

Love the atmosphere & clean standard Karen has. Employees are all helpful as well. My baby looked great

I took my pup for a nail clipping last week (first time for him and) and theses ladies were so kind and gentle with my sweet boy. And the have lots of super cute merchandise!

Wasn’t impressed for the money. I won’t be using them again. It was a one time thing and I learned my lesson.

I love the people at this place. Everyone I've had contact with there is extremely nice and very attentive to what you tell them. They act like they truly care for your pet. They groom my 4 cocker spaniels and I can't imagine having to take them somewhere else. Highly recommend them!
