Allstate is awesome and Kari is a supremely capable woman running a great agency. I strongly recommend her for someone who is looking an agent and an insurance company that cares.

A little disappointed with the difficulty reaching someone at the agency to renew our auto policy. Felt like we were playing phone tag, never could get an answer, then went to the office and it was under construction, later found it they had moved to Anna.
