I brought Groupon for touch up roots, deep conditioning and blow dry. I did it them today. The owner told me all these comments about my hair like dry, long need trimming etc. I was so naive believing what she said. She told me at first that extra $35 for long hair and I agreed with it. Then later on she asked to full color my hair cos my highlight is not nice and cos my hair is not healthy need trimming as well. I agreed without asking additional cost which was my biggest mistake. I thought not that much since I already paid some for the root touch up. I should ask how much the cost first so there’s no surprises after. Surely enough after the service I have to pay extra $200 for hair cut and full color which also I paid $60 in Groupon for root touch up, deep conditioning and blow dry so I paid $260. I think it is so exorbitantly ridiculous price.
Just be careful when you go to this salon next time. She talked nicely and try to convince you to do this do that but don’t get surprise at the end. I thought it was really good the color she did to my hair and hair cut but when I arrived home I looked again in the mirror not really that nice.
I guess I have been tricked. She is a very good saleswoman.
Oh well I didn’t say anything after. I just paid the cost and will never come back. A lesson for me and I hope you learned from me too.

I’ve been going here for years, they take care of their customers and treat you like family here. Always clean and appreciated when I visit. I come for eyelash extensions and eyebrow threading:)

I got the keratin treatment from Karizma salon. They charged full price but the results were horrible. Having had multiple keratin treatments in my life I know it requires two different creams. The salon only applied one and kept pushing services that I didn’t need. Paid full money but no results. Waste of money/time. Not recommended

Horrible service, horrible skills. This place and its owner are shameful. My mother went in for an all over color and came out looking like a 5 year old had taken a paintbrush to her hair. The most shameful part was that my mother had originally purchased a Groupon for $60, the owner convinced her to return it and told her she would give her the same service at the same price. My mother had an unskilled hair dresser that was unsure of what she was doing. The owner then came by and advised the hair dresser to add additional highlights to fix the color then she had the nerve to charge my mother for the extra highlights needed to fix the original. By the end the cost was $180 for a chop job and a ridiculous highlight job. We have requested a full refund. It is going to cost over $300 for a color correction just to try to save the hair she has left. I will be checking on all of their licensing and working to report them to BBB and TDL. They should not be in business.

I didn’t have a good experience here about my hair even low costumer service. I just recommend do your nails at this salon not anything else

I like my experience with Nabia. She knows your hair. She deals with customers very pleasantly. I would recommend this salon to everyone. I did my hair cut, root touch up and keratin treatment

Absolutely terrible service.
I came here for keratin. Bought a Groupon which ofcourse I was charged extra on. My keratin was gone after the very first wash. Nabia, the hair dresser, kept saying I bought the product from Amazon which ofcourse was baseless. She called me after a very days to check the hair. She washed my hair. Saw they didn’t look good and said the treatment was not straightening. You are supposed to straighten your hair after the wash. Terrible experience. I don’t know about other service but I wouldn’t recommended anyone going here for haircuts and hair treatments. Disappointed!

Ruined my sister’s beautiful hair and she was charged almost $300. Avoid this salon at all costs, business practices are shady.

I took my Mom for a haircut. We had made an appoitment the same day. Shirin is very personable and responsive to the client´s needs. My Mom loved the haircut and we are glad to have found an absolutely wonderful stylist.

I purchased a Groupon for haircut, deep conditioning and style. My appointment was at 1 - got there just on time. There was one other client in the chair, and one waiting. There were 2 stylists. As I was waiting, a 1: 30 threading showed up, and despite being early, he was taken care of before me. No explanation about why i could not be taken care of at my appointment time; no mention of it once I ended up in the chair, 20 minutes later. All went well, happy with my haircut, even though I the middle of my blow-dry their food was delivered and my stylist basically left to take the food, pay the driver, go to the kitchen, then return. I am not high maintenance, but I don't think it is too much to expect that people are respectful of other people's time. They could have said that they were shorthanded, asked me if I am in a hurry, etc. Instead, they worked as we just had all the time in the world. Upon checking out, she asked me if I want to Leavenworth gratuity, and I said $20. The bill was $45. After trying the card machine, that was apparently offline, she asked me if you can pay with Zelle - I said yes; when paying, I asked her to confirm that it was $70 - she said yes. It's my fault for not realizing before leaving the place that it should've been$65. But she did not correct me - she knew the total amount - she had just entered it in the credit card machine. Not a lot of karizma here

I went there for facial and the women there totld me that their prices went up and its not as per their website. Was Very roughly working on my face and was not at all gentle above all she was the only one in the salon so she kept running to the front to assist others.will not visit ever again.

The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the customer Service was Amazing! Reason I wanted to give a 1 star is due to prices! It’s my fault for not asking again upfront how much it would cost but definitely not worth the price I paid. I got the Keratin Procedure, Roots done, and ends cut. For all of that it was almost 460 including tip. When I thought it would only be around 120… 200 max. When I asked on the phone before hand, I was told a lower amount.
*Edit: A lot of Extra fees, especially if you have long hair or “thick” hair…

This was my first time in karizma salon and Gul did a great job with haircut, she is very knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend Gul.

Me and my family loves this places so much, they did Excellent job on my Keratin Brazilian blowout and my haircut. They are very friendly, I will Definitely like go back to that Salon
