Very happy with our pool cover. Colton did a great job installing it, showing us how to install and remove it, and answering all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Katchakid if you need a pool cover.

Good product, support is lacking. Had an issue with one of the hooks and eyelets. Called and sent company an email, never heard a word back. A list of vendors to install the cover in the fall would be nice too.

Colton was amazing. We have a very irregular shaped pool and it spans two levels. We have been turned down multiple times to get a cover created. However, Colton knew exactly how to create the cover and did so with precision. He gave guidance on expectations and when it was time to put on the cover, he provided a lesson on installing and removing. Very professional and friendly. Thank you, the pool cover is amazing!
