Kate Spade Outlet, Allen TX

I bought some stuff from Huston outlet and the Salesman told me that you can return any where but thay can not find my receipt in there system

I came to the Allen outlets just for Kate Spade. The doors were locked, and I could see the workers at the register. I came at 6pm on Monday, and the store isn’t supposed to close until 8pm on Mondays. And it was not a holiday.

Cheap clothing sold at extremely high prices. Quality is subpar at best. The name is all you're buying.

I definitely had a great experience. I had been needing a purse for a while &’ soon as we walked in, my girlfriend found me the exact purse I had been wanting. They’re sales were phenomenal.

I was there earlier today and one of the employees kept following me around she had black straight hair and had a white shirt. I just felt harassed by her the whole time I was there. Although the lady Fernanda was a very sweet professional employee that helped me with my purchase. She's the only reason why I went ahead with my purchase.

Outlet with luxury stores. There is Levis, American Eagle, Bath and Body Works, Nike, Michael Kors, Victoria Secrets and much more. Really worth it! Plenty of free parking

Yesterday afternoon I had the best experience there with Daphene. She was personable, professional and wonderfully patient and helpful. I came in with an item to exchange and left with a great new purchase and a new go-to exceptional friend. Check this store out for fantastic fashion goods and stellar service!

Had a horrible experience with Liz, aka store manager. We were looking for the pink heart purse after being sent to Allen from Grapevine Mills Mall after telling us that there were 10 in stock. Not once did Liz check the back, and had us waiting for 30 mins while she checked if another store had this purse on the floor. After being on hold for nearly 30 mins, Liz then pushed this task on another employee because she had to go 'lunch. " Wendy approached us and asked what were we looking for, she went to the back and walked with the product on hand. Wendy, thank you sooo much for taking care of us, great job saving Christmas. Liz, get out of retail, definitely not your space. I give Wendy 5 stars

Love all the cute things they have in store, especially the Disney inspired bags. The staff is super helpful, Liz helped me both times I was in and she is so lovely. Pulled the correct shoe size and just so chill as we walked around the store looking for anything else. Found the cutest Disney phone cover.
