You can always find cheaper insurance somewhere but you can't always find people like Sonia or Kathye who genuinely care about you and are eager to jump to the task of helping you when it counts and you need your policy to do what it actually says it will do. I have had 2 claims since being with them and I felt like it was important to them and they made it as easy as possible for me to get things taken care. I've never had to call an 800 number to wait days for someone to call me back like some other insurance companies do when you need them to do their job. I would recommend Sonia and Kathye to anyone.

Sonia is always available to talk on the phone with questions I have. She is very good at calling back in a timely manner and responding to emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend her. When my daughter was looking for her own insurance, she started using Sonia because of her great customer service and availability.

I am a current Nationwide customer. I’ve moved from one state to Texas, and decided to give them a call based on the reviews. I’ll say that after speaking with one of the agents, I was told that I would get a quote the same day. I actually had to call close 3 days later; which the person acted like he didn’t know who I was, granted I provided all my information. I wonder if he even bothered! At least Bree the receptionist is pleasant.
