Katie is amazing. We were very lucky to find her as an agent while attempting to downsize. We wanted to sell our old home and buy a new home. During the process she was fantastic and answered alot of questions as we tried to navigate a difficult housing market. We then used a program she recommended called Compass Concierge which provided a loan to remodel the old house before listing it. We closed on both houses on the same day which required a lot of coordination. She kept meticulous notes during the entire process which allowed us to focus on more decision making.
