Very happy after our first visit with Dr Sanford at Pediatric Associates of Austin. The office, staff, and Dr. Sanford were all warm, professional, and efficient.

Dr. Sanford is wonderful. We already see her for my daughter, and just added our newborn to her practice. She’s genuine, warm, celebrates with you and truly listens. Would absolutely recommend her!

Dr. Sanford has been wonderful! We recently saw her for a sick visit and she was able to give us great advice on how to help our little one manage her pain as she battled a nasty virus. She was able to get her appetite back and in good spirits within 24 hours of our visit thanks to her advice. Dr. Sanford take her time when we are there and listens to our concerns. She validates our decisions and has helped us so much.

Patient, thoughtful, efficient. I don't think you can go wrong at this practice but Dr. Sanford is especially good.

EDIT: Dr. Sanford is still an absolute treasure as a pediatrician, and the new offices are much more convenient.

Dr Sanford was very thoughtful, anticipative and accurate in her evaluation and diagnosis of our baby's respiratory condition. She trusts her instincts as much as theoretical knowledge in making timely decisions.

Dr. Sanford is always SO kind and gentle with our little one. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions thoroughly and supportively. Our son LOOOOOVES her and even gave her an unprompted hug during our most recent exam. We feel so lucky to have found such a caring pediatrician.

Dr Katie is always really good with our son, she has seen him since he was a baby. The office is great and we can count on all the other doctors and nurse practitioners as well whenever our boy is sick.

They were very accomodating with our situation. Reception is super nice and helpful. The nurses have been amazing with our newborn. Dr. Sanford is very professional and so sweet with our daughter. She answers all your questions and is very knowledgeable. We are so happy with our pediatrician.

I only recently started going to Pediatrics Associates, but so far I am very pleased especially compared to other pediatricians I had used for my older children. I feel well attended to and while there is occasionally a wait, you can tell they try to see you as efficiently as possible which I appreciate as a mom of 2. Dr Sanford is very kind, encouraging, and I feel like our kids are in good hands wirh her.
