The worst for pick up or delivery. No matter please take your ticket from kiosk at main entrance otherwise you will be in a lot of trouble and also don’t be an hour earlier than your appointment time.

One of the worst location ever to pick up loads. There is no shipping/receiving office. You will never know how long you’ll have to wait to get loaded even if you have arrived on time.

Whole process took 3 hours from the start. Make sure you have a check in code. Your assign door will be taken. Just ask the loader where to go. I believe you can go inside and the building. Good luck

It’s hard to get in sometimes then everything is automated here. First get ticket at kiosk to get the door n loaded. Follow the steps carefully to proceed for next level. Good luck everyone. Also waiting is an awful!

If you don't get your ticket when you check in at the kiosk you will be as regretful as the loudmouth guy who got pruned from the timeline at the beginning of Loki.

I delivered many containers here.the in n out process is the smoothest I have ever done before

To much time for loading. I spent 5 hours for pick up. Everything is automatic so you don't even know if that waiting is normal or if you did something wrong in their automated system. Frustrating.

Long, difficult check in process. They make you disconnect for live loads. Take a long time to start loading once you get docked. Never want to come here again.

This is the absolutely worst place to get loaded. Waited 4 hours to get loaded and still did not get loaded on a Friday evening. They are nothing but a set of racist folks working at this place.

You coming here to pick up and hrs before your appointment time.
Better waited out somewhere take break a nap a shower or whatever they can only let you in 1 hr before your appointment.

They will only let you in 30mins before appointment. Can go in gate 1 or 3. Have license and pu # ready before you get to gate.

FOR ALL TRUCK DRIVERS:

First thing, be prepared with the correct pickup number cause if not you’ll cause a back up at the gate. Next, in the event your pick up number doesn’t rapidly gives you access, press the intercom button and attendant will answer, let him/her know your situation further trouble not gaining access for your pick up, just tell the attendant to give you an exit gate pass and you contact your dispatch with a correct pick up number, then try again and follow the same procedure; trucks cause back ups here pretty quick.

Once you get your correct pick up/reference number, just follow the prompts in the computer/screen. You’ll get your entrance gate pass and your door…
There’s toilets inside the warehouses, just ask or go in with the CORRECT PPE AND ASK WAREHOUSE PERSONNEL FOR DIRECTIONS.

It's taken me 2.5hrs to 45min to get loaded here. Depends on how many trucks are in front of you.

Overall it was okay. I arrived 1 hour and 5 min late (dispatch error) but they still let me in.it is an absolutely MASSIVE facility, well marked though.arrived at 09: 05 and left at 13: 35.

Super bad place to come deliver, crazy lazy dock unloaders. And the entrence is a piece of dog *"$&'. Do not deliver here. No help, what so ever the truck driver here is *"'$-. Wont be back.
