Excellent Care, they saw my son right away and in minutes they tested him for Flu, COVID and strep throat, the attention is very good, very happy with this place and the people who helped us

My husband and I visited today, the staff and DR. O were great, although we were out of net work with our insurance, it was worth it. We have a new urgent care. Thanks.

Staff was great, it was empty so I was seen right away. I would not recommend the location if you are needing an EKG. Their website says they offer the service, but I guess only a certain staff member knows how to use it. I received an EKG that was inaccurate due to the LEDs coming off but instead of redoing the EKG they let me think I had heart atrophy for 24 hours until I could see my primary and get an appropriate one done. Doctor didnt even listen to my heart with a stethoscope. I knew I didnt have an emergent situation but wanted an ekg to ease my mind about some strange feelings and did not want the large hospital bill for an ER visit. Luckily I was able to make a next day appointment with my doctor and they did them inhouse to ease my mind. Hopefully the staff will use this a a training moment to ensure all staff are trained to preformed the services listed on their website, as you are advising the public that you offer those services.

Great staff and Doctor. The facility is new and has the latest equipment, they also have onsite lab testing.
I tested positive for Flu but the Doc got me sorted. Thank you

Thorough and professional. Kind and caring. Thank goodness mine was just a sprain! Would use the clinic again … but surely hoping not to need them! LOL!

My family and I have made few visits here over a period of time and every time we had the best all-around experience. Nurses and doctors here are very knowledgeable and professional but what is valued most of all is that they care and have a genuine desire to help. They listen carefully and prescribe only needed tests, many of which they can do right on the spot, including blood work and X-ray. The place is very clean and well equipped.

The is one of the best run urgent cares I have every been too. The forms are online and easy/quick to fill out, clean area, very short wait time and their doctors and nurses are so nice and helpful. 10/10 I would come here over my kids doctor's office for 90% of medical needs. Diamond in the ruff for sure. Another plus is they have juice and Gatorade for their patients in case they are dehydrate.

I have visited this urgent care facility a few times since recently relocating here to Texas. The front desk clerk is absolutely wonderful! She is very courteous, welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond in all that she does. The entire staff is very pleasant and has great customer service skills. Also, The young lady that came to take the necessary tests was very warm and made my son feel at ease. Thank you all for your wonderful service!

Very friendly and efficient. Fro. Check in to check out it was quick and everyone is so nice. 2nd time there and will be back

Here my reasons for such low review:
1. Doctor did not use a simple tongue depressor when he wanted to check for infections, of course if you are dealing with children this is a must, just in order to properly see. He did not use glove either, so due diligence Hygienic from him did not exist.
2. My child had a virus infections, my wife left the place with a prescriptions for antibiotics! The justification was because pure prevention? It's funny how system work in different countries around this planet. In The Netherlands you must be like almost 70% death (metaphorically speaking) to get prescribed for antibiotics but here in "money maker" places you get wrong evaluations and therefore as consequence wrong prescriptions.

I would never go again, and I will be careful if you do.

Everyone, including the MD, is extremely courteous and respectful. The environment also is exceptionally clean. There was zero time wasted by them. I strongly recommend!

Wonderful experience from the phone call to the in clinic care! Everyone was personable and attentive. Bedside manner from Dr. O was great and the facility is spotless clean! Highly recommend!

Run away! My insurance was approved and I called before I visit and they said yes we work with Cigna, and they said you need to pay from your pocket after I spent 45 minutes filling papers and calling insurance but still want me to pay. There is no humanity at all in this place. I was sick and trying to get treated before I pick up my kid from school.

Great facility and friendly staff. We were able to get in and out quickly. I would come again for COVID testing.

Only 4 stars because their urgent care rate is a bit higher than comparable urgent cares in this area. I wanted a second opinion the following day so I went to a different urgent care near by, had the exact same service/tests and was only charged half the price. I have a high deductible plan, so they should’ve been comparable in price. That said, service, personnel, and facility were good. I’d go back if I were in a pinch. But wanted to share for those on high deductible plans.

The Dr and the staff were very friendly. Stayed late to look after my son especially even when it was closing hours for them. Much appreciate the professionalism and courtesy. Took the time to answer all question. Super Facility
