I'm so thankful that Katy Nissan has a new service manager! Scott Ross is a man of integrity who even stands behind the work that preceded him at this dealership. He is kind, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend giving Katy Nissan another try if you had a bad experience in the past because they have a fantastic team now! All around, the service was great! They sent me a video of everything that they inspected and allowed me to select what I wanted serviced. They fixed all of the problems I was having with my vehicle and gave it some much needed tlc. Most of all they were extremely nice. Thank you Scott and team!

Christian handled my service request, he was very attentive to my needs. He made it very easy to communicate the items which needed service. I felt rest assured that my car would be taken care of during my visit.

My wife and I took our cars for an inspection and they got us in and out in less than an hour.

Our service rep Brandon is something else. This guy is one of the nicest and most helpful people we have met yet in Texas.

First time getting a service on my car at this place, maybe because it was a air bag recall service they didn't care about the costumer service. I dropped my car at 7: 15am for the recall service, my agent told me that it was gonna take no less than 4 hrs and they will call me to pick it up, while I was there I asked them for a quote on my car's horn, my agent told me he would call me and let me know how much... Time passed and I wasn't getting any call, 1,2,3 pm and no call, I thought they were so busy taking care of many recalls, so I had to find the way to move around without my car, I didn't want to call because he said he will call me. At 4: 35pm I called to service department and nobody answered (they close 5pm), I kept calling and nobody picked it up, 12 minutes calling and still no answer, I called to sales department and finally after 3 min they picked it up, I asked them to talk to general manager but he was gone at 3 pm, no wonder. I was so patient all day long, no car, no call, but no answering my call that made me really upset, they didn't care about my car, that wasn't fair, bad costumer service. After they answered my called I explained what happened and Michael took care of it, he said I could pick my car up at the front desk, so my wife did, when I saw the paper work that was it. I decided to post this, on the paper said that my car was ready at 10: 30am, they forgot about my car for 6hrs and I didn't get my quote.what mess. This was my experience, I bet many people had a great ones, I think it would be fair to have a outstanding service for everybody.

Brought my car in early in the morning for a factory recall, and they never made it to my car to get it fixed. Picked up my Altima before they closed the way I left it at 8am in the morning.

Went to get 90,000 mile maintenance, made an appointment and in the service notes made a note that my service engine soon light was on and needed to be checked. Got the car back and the service engine soon light was not checked after $500 of maintenance. Told them about the light and they stated diagnostics was extra and would take an hour. Not coming back.

I had a 2012 Xterra and I loved it. Traded it in on a 2018 Titan.and I LOVE it! More room, better ride, plenty of power. AND a great deal!

I've been to this location several times in the past 4 years! Each time my experience was different from satisfactory to poor. However, this latest visit (May 2018) I had an excellent experience which made a big difference in purchasing a vehicle from them. Both the finance manager and the sales rep were really helpful and gave us great incentives as well as excellent customer service experience that I am grateful for. Roman who is one of the sales rep there, is a great guy who is very nice, friendly and caring and smart who really is always trying to help his customers by making sure they are happy and taken care of. I recommend this location to anyone because of Roman the sales rep and the director of finance who are really really nice and help you out a lot in your buying experience.

The service is good, the coffee is great. The WiFi is free, great place to get the car maintenance done.
