Katy Park reviews
18It was a good time. A lot of parking and space. We played baseball. The fields were open as well as the bathrooms which were very clean. Great complex.
Quiet laid back park. Very large and plenty of room to walk, play soccer and there are baseball fields for youth leagues. Restrooms available and open till 10 pm.
Great place to pull over and rest, make a couple of phone calls, and watch sandlot games. Tons of great shade on a hot day.
It takes forever to get in and to get out on the weekends and there is not a lot of shade so be prepared to be very hot.
Parking can also be a problem.
Great walk trail, great fishing pond. Parking lot small, but great place to to take family.
Parking is difficult on game days. Allow yourself 10-15 minutes at least before you're supposed to be there.
It was nice until this random man called the police on my family.just because he was asked a question that apparently upset him so much he had to call cops. Other than that it was our 1st time there for a family party and my kids loved it.
Great touch to whoever got the Easter Bunny to do show.
Absolute love This park. There is so much you can do there, from baseball batting cages to a soccer field. To picnic areas, and a beautiful gazebo that has a walking trail around it. When soccer season and baseball season are going on, the parking lot is a madhouse.
*****One BIG advice for parents keep an eye on your children! There has already been a handful of times that children have been attempted to be abducted or have gone missing.
This was our first time visitors this park. Our grandson is playing Teeball. The park is very nice - lots of well-lit baseball and soccer fields. Parking is a little tricky, so be prepared to walk a bit to your designated field.
Went to see grandson's baseball & soccer games. Lovely place nice walkways. Consessions were diversified with a good variety.
Very clean park, beautiful location Very large area that allows for baseball, soccer and all other sports
Bathrooms aren't great, everything else is cool for sports. No jungle gym type of set up.
Large event hosting areas, at least 4 baseball
fields and at least 4 soccer field's and much more
Good little park for junior baseball practice and games. A little noisy with the traffic on the street behind the individual fields at the back of the park. Restrooms and field area are clean.
Terrible parking at this place. Get there an hour early so that you don't miss your kid's game!
My son's baseball league is here. It's a good Sports Park. Lots of Feilds for all likes of sports. Plenty of lighting for night time games.
This is a great park for walking and sports fields. The only downside is that there isn't any playground equipment.
Horribly disorganized Covid testing site: From the 10 people working there it seems like only one person knows what they're doing, the rest just seems to be sitting on on the clock. I had over 2 hours of wait time, that is with an appointment! Porkn'barrel City government at its finest, with our taxpayers' money at work. Imagine how much money could have been saved on payroll if only selftests would have been ordered waay ago. FYI, the Europeans got their free hometests in the first quarter of last year! Afterwhich they became readily available OTC at the pharmacies for 2 Euros each! (no 20 US$ or higher overthere.
