We called Katy TV and appliance to fix our Sony TV that wasn’t turning on. They diagnosed the problem and said it was repairable. Overall outstanding timely, service. We would use them again and we are happy to not have to buy a brand new TV as this one worked perfectly before it decided to stop turning on.

My LG TV was damaged in the recently lightning storm, my HDMI's got fried. I called Katy TV and Appliance and Raj had the part ordered and installed within two days. So much better than having to buy a new TV. I appreciate the customer service and willingness to be flexible. Will be using their services for any of my electronic/appliance needs in the future.

I'm going to leave good review, even though he didn't fix my TV. I reached out to him. He asked me to send pictures. He caller me right back and said he couldn't fix it due to the brand. I appreciate his honesty and not wasting my time or money. For those that said he was a scammer, he was not. Because if he was he could have got money from me and not fix my TV. FYI I have a 65" VIZIO.

I contacted Katy TV services when my Samsung TV stopped working. I found Raj and his team to be very professional and courteous. They identified the issue of power failure with the motherboard. They were able to repair the TV by replacing the part. Throughout the process, they kept me informed of the options, and responded promptly once they got the replacement part. Overall, very happy with my experience and highly recommend their service.

Katy TV is the best! They are very very responsive and take time to do the job right. It was late in the day and they called us and came over around 6pm and didn't leave until around 9pm. We would never expect someone to come out that late and we would have gladly have waited until the next day. Then when they got here they spent much more time than expected making sure our TV was installed correctly and was level and not crooked. I am a symmetry person and the slightest crookedness would have drove me crazy! They also took time to set the TV up and make sure we knew how to use the remote and how to work the TV. They did not make us feel rushed at all. Just don't see this kind of service and responsiveness anymore. And even though they spent all that time with us they did not charge us extra for the visit. Excellent customer service!

The entire TV repair of my Song Bravia was great from start to finish the team was professional in terms of letting me know how long it might take to repair, they ordered the parts and repaired it in 2 weeks or less. My 10 year old tv is as good as new. Earlier it was cycling power and won’t come on. Really happy with the money spent. Thank you Raj and Arun.
