I have been with this facility for years and I am very happy with the treatment I received. My doctor is very kind and patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Minhas Ladiwala explains in detail every section of my lab results and provides suggestions to help me control any negative lab results. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Mr. Ladiwala.

Doctor is great but they dont call to confirm your appointments even though they are made far in advance. Either they don't answer the phone or it takes 20+ mins of holding just to call and confirm your appointment time. My 1st visit was booked online and not cancelled but since I was new I tried to call several times to make sure I was good to go but no answer. When I got there they told me they couldn't see me without a new patient consultation so I was turned away. Communication HAS to improve.

Update 10/2023
Communication has greatly improved. I now receive texts, emails, and courtesy calls. Doctor is still great. Thank you for taking my review into consideration.

I really enjoyed the time my doctor spent with me on my consultation. I am uploading all my medical records from my PC at the VA so he can review. It appears Dr Minhas Ladiwala takes more concerns with patients than my VA Dr.

Update- after this review, he did finally call me back. He emphasized how busy he was and that his schedule is limited. He suggested we use the patient portal for any questions or concerns. He explained several of the supplements prescribed/recommended.

Communication is terrible. I have left 5 messages in the past 2 weeks for Mr. Minhas (3 with actual people and 2 voice-mails) and still have not received a returned call. Brought up some concerns during the visit, and they were pretty much ignored. He has given several "wellness" prescriptions without proper explanation.each average about $80

I love this place! The entire staff was great! Very comprehensive and personable make for a great combination. They took their time and never felt rushed! All concerns were addressed. Would highly recommend!

In response to your response… i was not disrespectful. There were several witnesses in the room that sat with their mouths open… She treated me that way because i chose to follow my doctor and was no longer a patient at Katy wellness. The reason i was upset in the first place was because it had been TWO MONTHS since i requested my file be sent over. And my request was sitting in a folder. Not done. The receptionist was irritated because i read Texas law to her which states that y’all had 10 days to do it. She should not be employed there if she can’t handle customer service. But then again, customer service is not important, clearly. Trust… she did me a favor. I would not give Katy wellness center one red penny ever again. The best part of that staff is gone….

If i could leave a 0 star review i would. Literally chastised by the person at the front desk. They have not processed my paperwork transfer and it’s been 5 weeks. Was not happy about that and expressed it. She proceeded to lecture me about my attitude. And refused to sell me my supplements. They are bitter because my dr left their practice and are intentionally making it difficult for every one of her patients trying to get their records. Shame on them. Worst customer service ever.

They sent the paperwork to the wrong email. Once I noticed I had them resend to the correct one, and when I showed up for my appointment they let me know they cancelled the appointment? But I filled out my paperwork, and the lady also mentioned I needed to come early even though I was never informed. So what’s the point of doing the paperwork before you come if you still have to arrive early for the appointment? And why was my appointment cancelled when I’m not the one who sent it to the wrong email?
