All the staff are friendly. Dr. Sanders, Dr. Liu and DrSander's assistant have been very patient in explaining everything to me as I am in the process of becoming a mother for the first time.

Dr. Lin gave me one of of the best experiences as a patient. 10/10 would totally recommend her, unfortunately she is retiring. But I’m sure the other practitioners are as great as she is

Just went for my Well Woman exam and first time in their new office. The receptionist was very nice and the waiting area is so much better than the old office. I did not have to wait very long for Dr Linn

I had my first visit with Dr. Lu and had a great experience. I have a lot of family history of breast and ovarian cancer and she spoke to me about a number of different options regarding my concerns. So happy to have found a doctor I feel comfortable with after looking for a while!

Crystal Smith from the billing and accounting department was very rude and provided the most disrespectful and disgusting customer service that I have ever received. Prior to me calling the office she reached out to me via portal to let me know of a balance that was due. I had no knowledge of the balance and let her know I would pay using my care credit card that she said was fine to use. Once I tried calling to make a payment my card wasn’t accepted and the woman who I was speaking to told me that she was going to transfer me to Crystal to speak with her myself. I explained to crystal what the situation was with background information. She was rude in her response saying “do you want me to wiggle my nose to make something happen” and not taking accountability for not informing me that care credit was not an acceptable form of payment during our communication in the client portal. When I let her know her behavior was unprofessional she then stated that it was professional considering she was speaking with someone whose account was going to collections. I asked her if she had a supervisor who I could speak to she said no. I asked her transfer me back to the first woman I was speaking with and she hung up on me instead. No one has ever treated me so distastefully for no reason at all. She was very condescending and not helpful at all for to even try to figure out a different payment arrangement. I no longer have a desire to come back to receive further care from this office if they employ and condone behavior like that.

They recently changed offices and it feels more upscale and elegant- wait times are short and my OB was very attentive and answered all my questions- recommend 5 out of 5

I’ve been with Dr. Lin for about 16 years. She’s caring and I feel like she’s listens to me. She also takes care of my two daughters. She delivered one of them.

Nice office, everyone is kind and helpful. I love Dr. Lin. She takes time to listen to you and is very thorough and she really cares. The wait time is never very long. I highly recommend Katy Women's Care.

I have been going to Katy Women’s Care for 3 years now and have had no issues. The staff is nice and my well woman visits take 30 minutes or less. Dr. Lin is so nice and receptive to any questions or concerns I have.

I always have great care here. I was able to get a nurse call right back and a next day appointment. The appointment had zero wait time and went quickly.

Dr. Cleveland is the best! She always greets me with a smile when she enters the room, asks questions about your last visit/current visit and actually listens to my concerns and answer my questions. She takes her time and doesn’t make me feel rushed. She always creates a friendly and comfortable environment. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

The office staff has always been wonderful as well! Great nurses and the front desk is always smiling. I have never had a bad experience at Katy Women’s Care and I plan to keep going here.

Called to schedule an appointment and was told I couldn’t schedule and appointment bc they only accept PPO insurance patients. I feel like that is not right, I was willing to pay up front with cash with no problem, but how do you deny services to someone bc they have no insurance? Shouldn’t cash patients be treated equally? ! In my opinion cash patients are easier to work with bc you get your money up front instead of having to wait for claims to process through insurance companies. Goes to show these doctors or office owners only care about what they can bill ur insurance for at the end of the day instead of taking care of peoples health like doctors should. I am not one to leave reviews but this upset me bc I don’t understand why it would matter if I have insurance or not if I am willing to pay up front for any services rendered to me, it is unfair that a doctors office would deny you health services for not having PPO insurance even if you are willing to pay them out of your pocket.

Dr. Cleveland was amazing, From Day 1 until 11 weeks PP, she has been amazing. I’m truly grateful for the care we received and will continue to use her services in the future.

I have been to this office since 2010 but it has changed so much over the years. Doctors come and go like a revolving door, only Dr. Lin has remained. Stayed here because of the convenience and had 3 kids (again all with different doctors). But now I have finally had enough with this office and their money grabbing ways. It is worse than ever probably because they changed offices to a bigger more expensive one. So, in order to afford the space, make up for it by charging your patients.

If you want to save your money and have a consist doctor.afford this place!

The last visit was great, from the moment I walked in and spoke with reception, I didnt feel just like a patient. From the ultrasound tech, to the RN I felt seen as a person who was coming to seek medical care, at which is was performed at its finest. Thank You Katy womens care.

The support staff, specifically the receptionist left a terrible impression.
I was charged me for an office visit that was 100% covered by my insurance after telling her that it was covered 3 times. I went ahead a paid for the visit. I had to call my insurance company and have them call the office to tell them they visit was 100% covered. Then I had to wait 5 days for the $130 change to be reversed. All the receptionist had to do was make a call or talk to her in-house billing.
God forbid you get out of your chair or pick up a phone to verify!
