Not the best customer service or most professional staff and just know that the in-store selection varies from whats on the website. I prefer shopping online vs in-store.

I attempted to call the store to ask a question with Ring diamond warranty. I called, some one picked up the phone, pushed buttons on the phone then hung up. So I called repack, same thing happened. So called a 3rd time, phone just rang and rang. No one would answer.
Awesome customer service, always feel welcomed and taken care of! Such a great experience every time.
Good selection of jewelry, very friendly and kind staff. Because of the warranty they offer, every 6 months I have my rings cleaned and inspected to check if the diamonds are lose or anything. They always come back much more beautiful and shiny.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Talk about a sham of a business. Ring didn’t show up when it was supposed to and when it did it was the wrong item. Worst experience at a jeweler I’ve ever had!
Bad customer service, and also they wants to charge for a size adjustment when they said that it will be free if it didn’t fit
Do not shop with this company. I purchased a necklace from Kays.com to be sent from the Woodlands location by Roadie courier for my 1 year anniversary. It has been a week now and no item, no refund, no response from anyone but that they are sorry, no return call from management either. They just basically tell you they are sorry, there is nothing then can do, no estimate on when I can hear from a manager or supervisor, and no way to refund or deliver the item as it is not appearing properly in their system. Thanks for raining my anniversary and not even slightly caring or having any form of a responsible person to run your company.
Walk in with my girlfriend and Desmond was my sales man and was great. Was told 1 year no interest with there plan. I get my bill and there is interest charged so I called him back today and just got a sorry to hear that and that he makes sure he tell his customers the correct thing. I know I got a ring on sale and notice a black dot on it i just wish I was just told about that before buying it. Thought I can have trust in kays jewelers. Other than that ring is really nice. But not truly happy with purchase
Great place to shop staff (not all) just needs a little more knowledge on the item's they sell and what they have or don't have in store. I will continue to shop here.
I have been calling for about an hour and no one has answered the phone. Just keeps ringing until the phone just hangs up on its own! Really disappointed! Not a good quality for customer service.
The lady was more interested in her cell phone conversation that seemed personal. I browsed alone and actually was waiting on her to finish as she breezed by swiftly. Then she showed her very little interest as asked if I needed assistance. I just left yesterday picking up two necklaces that were custom made.
My grandson purchased me a diamond cross for Christmas 2020. My grandson is a freshman at LSU so of course his funds are limited. Upon wearing my beautiful necklace for the first time the chain broke as I was simply riding with my son in his car. Luckily i was able to retrieve the cross and broken chain immediately. My grandson returned the chain to Kay Jeweler for repair. Upon completion of repair where he was charged $20.00 we picked chain up again. A few days later while wearing the necklace it again broke. I’m sorry but this was not acceptable. I was not doing anything strenuous nor slept in chain but it broke with normal wear. I’m afraid to return chain again for fear it may break once more and I won’t be as fortunate to retrieve the cross. I highly value this cross and chain especially since it was a gift from my grandson. At this point I may have to shop elsewhere for a dependable chain. I am NOT pleased with the quality of jewelery received not to mention how terrible my grandson is feeling.
Ms. Sarah and Mr. Lee were awesome with us today. High level of customer care and positive energy from everyone today in the store. Would recommend this location to anyone. You'll leave feeling like you made new friends.
Beware of staff at this location- we selected a nice ring with a bigger diamond and nice over all design. They said one of the diamond is missing and reverted us to a different location to go pick up (they made us pay already). Now when we went to the other location (Dearbrook mall), the staff there gave us a smaller ring with slightly different inseam design. When we told the staff that this not the ring that we chose originally, she says we were originally billed for this ring. And it turns out the ring that we chose originally is a much higher price one. I do understand “you get what you pay”, but is there any decency left here? YOU SHOWED US WRONG RING and made us to buy something from your store. This was the first and last time we bought something from KAY, we are not coming back to you store. Really disgusting service.
