Natasha was amazing, she was very helpful. She took her time to really explore our options and had many suggestions we weren’t aware of. I have a Neil lane bridal set that I did not want to part with and we had just had our 10 year anniversary so she suggested about swapping my current stone for a better clarity one. She even let us look at the camera so we can see that my original diamond had a tint to it. She was patient and really enjoyed showing us all different stones. Best customer experience ever!

Diana went above and beyond what was necessary for me and was kind, sweet and patient. She took her time answering any and all questions and was well informed in all aspects. She also notified me with all updates in a timely manner. I'm extremely impressed with her and very appreciative of the care and time she took with me.

The first time I had to take my necklace to get serviced the manager Diana was not friendly nor welcoming at all. Figured it was a busy day and she wasn’t in the best of mood (but still isn’t an excuse) here comes months later, I go in again to see about my necklace to be serviced. She walked by and looked right at me and continued servicing the customer she already had which I understand that but the common courtesy to at least let customers know “she will be a minute or someone will be with you would’ve been nice. ” Walking in this store no one acknowledges you and especially the one they call the manager that shows very poor customer service towards female customers! One thing I will say she seems very nice and professional towards the male customers! Unfortunately this is the store I have to go to get service on my necklace but if it wasn’t for that, I wouldn’t go back to this store! Very disappointing.

Audrey was super great at the last minute helping us pick a new pretty for our ten year anniversary! She showed me dozens of rings and stayed late and got it done with us. THANK YOU!
