After numerous inventory issues and even the wrong size wrong being sent to us from ordering online, Salma was able to locate a similar and even better and more beautiful matching designer ring for me for just slightly more. They resolved all my issues with Kay in the store after trying to contact customer service numerous times and never hearing back. I highly recommend going into this location if you need any help with Kay products at all! 10/10, thank you Salma!
