Love the place. I have purchased three rings from here. Only reason I’m reading it. A3 is because they would not take a credit card over the phone for the protection plan when my wife went into the store to get it soldered on. When I initially visited the store they told me it will be covered under the original ring. I had a drivers license and was FaceTiming my wife. But still have to be there for them to run the card…. Next please.

Went in to buy a ring for my fiancée and myself for our wedding. Ordered hers just fine. Was told I couldn't pay cash for my ring since they were ordering it so I could buy a gift card and then buy the ring which seemed strange to me. The ring came in while we were on vacation and had no service. By the time I came back in town, they called me and told me since I didn't pick up the ring in a "timely" manner they canceled the order even though I already had paid for it. I tried to get my cash back but since I forced to use a gift card and couldn't use the cash, they could only do a e gift card or a check from corporate that is now going to take 14 days to receive. The whole thing could have been avoided if they had told us from the beginning that we only had a week or so to come pick it up and I should have been able to get the physical cash I paid with back. The whole experience was just a mess and will be shopping elsewhere for my ring. Thank God I don't have to deal with them anymore with my fiancée's ring.

I received a voicemail on the 15th of December and 3 days later it was cancelled.

I came in asking for a specific ring and Kara helped me out she heard we spoke I went in and out in like 15 min excellent service

Simple and Stress free experience. I was trying to get a specific ring which was unavailable at lot of location and Kara was able to find me one and get it to me within the time crunch that i was in.

She had the best personality and wasn’t too pushy. She helped me find the perfect new treasure to add to my collection.
