Bad parking, tripped on upturned mat, long wait to pick up online order. I always went to Kay for last minute/ one off gifts, not feeling it any more, I guess it's time to start shopping at an adult jewler store.

7/5/23: I've been here several times to get my rings cleaned and inspected. Edgar and Evelyn are very friendly. I'm always greeted when I come in, and they make me feel like a valued customer. The store is very clean and well organized. I really enjoy coming into this store. Edgar treats me like he's known me forever.

Evelin and Areli are awesome! They were very friendly and I came out buying two rings! Love this place.

Here’s my unbiased review: I came into to the store a couple days ago looking for a simple gold necklace and I explained to the employee my budget and style that I was looking for. Evelin was very patient with me and courteous when it came to helping me. Took about an hour to make my purchase and I couldn’t be happier, I think these young ladies exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism I will be returning to this store in the future.

I’ve came to this location many times. Never had a problem. The employees always greet me when I walk in. They would assist you when they are available. I’ve never gotten an attitude from them when I want to look at jewelry. I love how they explain their policy on jewelry and always remind me to come back for inspection. They never judge me for my appearance. The employees give a positive attitude to everyone. I love how the environment is full of positive attitude.

I came in needing a quick ring swap before a trip and Tim made it happen much faster than what it was projected to be! Thanks Tim for the excellent customer service!
