We have had issues with a custom made ring from another Kay store. Angie found the issue and worked diligently to help us come up with a solution in an affordable way.

Went in yesterday with my fiancé to find her wedding ring! Ana and Angelica helped us out they did an amazing job, both these ladies were very knowledgeable and patient they really went above and beyond to make my fiancé happy. Thank you ladies for the wonderful amazing job you both did!

This review is in recognition of the quality of service my husband and I received from Kassidy Alexander when we took his wedding ring for resizing. We purchased the ring back in the state of Kentucky and could not find the warranty we purchased, but Kassidy spent hours trying to help us so we wouldn’t pay. After spending well over an hour on the phone and gathering information, she found we over paid for our ring and did have warranty. She provided us with customer care’s contact to call them and see what options we had since we were scammed with the original purchase. Kay Jewelers in the mall had exceptional service. All members were extremely kind and helpful, specifically Olivia. Olivia was patient and kind, helped my family a lot with our purchases.

I went in to pick up my jewelry and everything was fine respectful older lady and well she was setting everything up and she told me to fill in some information on the IPad, she never mentioned what it was for I thought it was to verify my information and on the top it said “Credit Application” I never asked for a credit card or anything I simply came to pick up my stuff and this lady almost made me sign up for a credit card that I don’t need. I get they force the employees to do credit cards but they should not attempt to manipulate customers into doing it

Amanda was AMAZING! This was the second time I came in to purchase an engagement ring and she went above and beyond to assist me. My fiancé and I ended up purchasing both rings from her. Thank you for making our visit special!

The sales team is great. Hannah helped me narrow down my search and gave me some perspective on putting together a gold set that fits my style. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't rush me. The store selection is great too, most jewelry stores cater to women and don't have much for mens peices, but Kay has plenty of great peices to elevate your look.

Ask for Cassidy, she is an EXCELLENT sales person and very cool girl to talk to. She's been extremely helpful, patient and friendly with me and my wife through our marriage journey by helping us choose her engagement ring, wedding band/rings and some other gifts. I hope to see her grow with the company and one day she becomes a store manager or why not a regional manager. I will definitely keep coming back.

Amanda is the best. We met her ten years ago when we first were getting married. Thru the years we continue to deal with her and always have received excellent customer service.
