I lost a diamond on my engagement ring with only 4 days till my wedding! In shambles I took my ring where Mediha and Bradley swooped to the rescue! I was quoted 2 weeks service time over the phone. When I told them about the wedding they immediately called the service department and said they could have it done by Friday! The best part is they totally blew my expectations out of the water and had it done in 4 hours! I am so so glad that we chose Kay’s for my engagement ring and am forever grateful for the wonderful service and attention to detail they provide.
Bradley was super friendly & helpful. Iv had a bent prong I keep forgetting to tell about during inspection. But Bradley caught that I had 2 without me having to say anything! He really pays attention to detail and made the whole process super easy on getting it sent off and repaired. Iv always loved this location but I’ll continue returning because of the customer service provided by Bradley. Be sure to ask for him for top notch customer service!
Just when in there to buy a Promise Ring for my girlfriend, Connie the lady that helped me was great! Very helpful and knowledgeable and very respectful. We will definitely be back for the Engagement Ring.
Went in to buy two items and they had me do a credit application to be put on held for 10 days that wasn't explained by EMILY that helped me. I have to wait 10 days and the items I want more than likely will not be available as told by a different associate. I wish instead of focusing on selling they actually explained the process so that individuals purchasing could weigh their options. Also, lied about the item going off sale today and them closing at 8pm when in reality they closed at 7 pm and I am very disappointed in their service and manipulative ways.
Update: items are not quality. I’ve lost one earring due to the backs being low quality and the necklace never is placed correctly. Better off taking your business elsewhere
The rep (Connie) called, was courteous n professional. The in store service was the same. All great employees.
I brought my watch in for service over 3 months ago to have the band replaced and the glass in the watch face replaced. I have not even received a quote for how much the repairs will be. I was originally told I would have a quote within a couple if weeks and the watch back within a month. I have contacted the store multiple times to ask where my watch is as the tracking system does not recognize the number I was given. Each time I call, I am told they will contact the service center and that they will call back with with the status. They have not once called back. I won't use this Kay for any repairs or purchases in the future after getting the run around for this long.
I came in for an inspection on my ring and earrings. The customer service provided was good. I would come back to this location if I want to purchase jewelry.
If you got money burning a hole in your pocket this is the place for you. Had two charms added to a bracelet for $120. Took 2 weeks and we had to call them to find out it was ready. When we got there to pickup up 2 sales people were on the floor and one associate was sitting behind the counter doing, we don't know. Poor customer service.
