My husband recently retired from 23 years in the Navy & we've moved back here to help with grandson's.
I found my go-to girl, Loany, at Kay's Nail & Spa. Loany is always super sweet and accommodating, and she always has a smile on her face. The Spa has a relaxing feel every time I come in and many services to try. All the girls here are sweet, professional, and skilled.

I came here with my sister, niece and mom and they did an amazing job! The pedis were great a good long massage and my eye brows came out perfect! We all got the coconut pedi and none of us had any issues! Will for sure be back

Terrible job on my nails. Got a new set, my nails look like spatulas they’re so wide. Tech also filed all the color off on the sides with her aggressive filing. Worst money I ever spent. Would recommend you go elsewhere.

Very nice and clean the lady that did my toes she did good on Saturday and the lady that did my nails on Saturday didn't do a good job my nails are uneven and I'm not happy at all

If you wanna get pampered, don’t come here! I had the old lady and was a little rude and unprofessional! Never felt pampered just felt annoyed the whole time! Keep pulling my feet and accidentally cut the corner of my toe. What a waste of money and time!

Alyssa is the absolute best. She pays attention to details and makes you feel amazing when you're done. The employees are fun and sweet.

Love this place and the people who work here. Everyone is so sweet but my stand out is Helen! Love how gentle and thorough she is. She does beautiful work and always makes my pamper day so enjoyable!

The girl doing my nails was on a video call and watching videos while doing my nails. Not the service I want.

I spent $170 here and got the $75 foot package and they cut my toe and on the sides when trimming the nails and changed the shape after i asked for a small trim. She kept hitting all sides of my skin when sanding the gel off my toes so the pedicure itself was uncomfortable the whole time! Then i got a dip set done and she burnt the whole side of my skin on my 4th finger with the nail filer cause she was so rough! I had such high hopes for this place but seriously i dont pay all this money to leave with uncomfortable sores and dead skin still on my feet

This is the only place i go foe my nails. I love the people here. Theyre all super friendly, and they can do anything you ask. The pedicures are to die for. The coconut cream or mango pedicures are THE BOMB

Just wanted to update that I'm still satisfied with this place. They meet all my expectations and I will continue to come here. Friendly and adequate on time! Sinks and soap available when you walk in.

They overcharged me and were rude. I got the receipt and it said I paid 40 dollars then a day later on my bank statement they took out more then what I paid before.

It was a HORRIBLE experience. All the employees are angry and take out on the customer. I went in there for my wedding nails and the man who did my hands was rude and mean to me when by mistake I got fuzzies on my nails, he was so angry fixing them and he kept talking about me to the other employees in such an ugly tone, it was so bad! Then the girl who did my pedicure was also rude and became mad when I pointed out to say if she could fix my nail on one corner, then immediately yelled at me and told me”hey don’t touch”! I was yelled at in a public place filled with strangers, it was extremely humiliating to say the least. Then started banging the nail polish on the table she had next to her and looked at me with the meanest evil look. They don’t care about customer’s experience at this place and all employees there need anger management. I witnessed a fight/argument between two employees over an open nail polish that fell and broke. Very unprofessional to argue in front of customers. All services were paid + tip. But I will never go back and will tell all my friends and family not to go there. Again, horrible experience. If I could I would rate it 0 stars.
