She answered my phone call when I called the store, I gave her specific details in what I was looking for & within 30 minutes, BOOM! We had a winner! This store has the best assortment of products from most local Kay's stores Simple Go get treated like a King or Queen, and what you want! This is what my wife choose as a upgrade because she deserves it.

I had visited Jared before coming to Kay jewelers. My experience there was less than pleasurable and more expensive. Not the case at Kay. Blaire greeted us as soon as we walked in. She was super personal and very attentive to what I was looking for. I had my fiancé's daughters with me and she was more than accommodating with them. Every employee of the store was super nice. Blaire made the process of picking out an engagement. Ring fun. My fiancé's oldest daughter who is eight enjoyed this so much. Thank you Blaire for taking care of us and help us pick out the perfect ring.

Denise is the rudest person I have had to deal with in a store in a long time. She huffs and puffs, gives rude looks, acts exhausted when you ask a question. I was afraid to ask to see anything in the cabinets. Will be going to Jared instead. If you don’t like people, that’s fine. Act like you do if you have to work around them.

My husband and I got our wedding rings from here. Cheryl, Megan, and Cristian were so sweet and helpful! We came back today to get my husband a watch for his birthday. Every time we come in we are greeted with a smiling face and sweet attitudes. These qualities are rare in the days we live in. You can tell these ladies enjoy their jobs. We will always keep coming back to this Kay’s location. Superb customer service!

Sadie and Cheryl were amazing! Jewelry looks good as new after Sadie’s cleaning and both ladies help sort out a plethora of issues with our accounts! Definitely recommend this location and team!

Was very pleased with my visit to this outlet. The ladies were absolutely great. Helped me find the perfect gift for my daughters 18th birthday. Didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed with choices. Took my time and they were very friendly and patient with me. Even when I couldn't make up my mind on which jewelry to get. The store was clean and the employees seemed happy to be there and help.
