We contacted KC Chemical yesterday (Wednesday) that same day a representative showed up to our company. I explained what we needed and our concerns. The man was very helpful and knowledgeable. Today our products showed up along with the same representative, he met the delivery truck helped unload and even stocked our order. He spent time with our employees showing them how to use the products and stressed safety.
