KDL lounge is the greatest. They are so personable. They know my name and treat me like family. Dayna is great for nails.

First time customer and happy. Karen did my mani and pedi and she did a great job. Karen made sure I'm comfortable during and after my mani and pedi. I had #13 drink and it was good. The front desk lady and gentlemen was really nice. I recommend this place 100%.

Another great experience with April! She is my “go to” nail professional. She is very meticulous and is always very pleasant, professional, and a great person to spend time with. Thank you, April!

I have used KDL for going on a year now and they are consistently phenomenal. After my most recent pedicure my big toes got messed up after I left. I went back the next day prepared to pay to have them redone and Lily absolutely would not let me pay. She told me that if there was ever anything wrong to come back so that they could fix it. I was once again blown away by their customer service and feel like I found a hidden treasure in KDL! Thank you guys!

I have gotten my nails done at this salon multiple times over the last year that I’ve lived here. What I’ve learned is that there are some amazing nail techs and others who just don’t do as great of a job. The really good nail techs are always booked up so if you can’t schedule an appointment then you get whoever is available which I understand. I work full time so I try and go when I get a break. I went during my lunch break and had April who has done my nails before. At the appointment I asked for a specific color and when she pulled the dip out it wasn’t the same color. She suggested we put a coat of the same gel color on top to make it the actual color I asked for. I also wanted my nails shorter but she insisted that I keep them the same length. Lastly, when I questioned how the nails looked she told me she had been working for 22 years and that she was the professional. I left with my nails not shaped correctly, longer than I wanted, and they were soo bumpy. I wish I would’ve taken a photo to show how awful they looked. I ended up going to another salon the next day to get my nails redone and that nail tech could not believe I paid $60+ dollars for my nails to look like that. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll go back here unless I’m able to schedule an appointment with Mimi or another nail tech who I know will not only listen to the customer requests but do a good job.

I absolutely love this place! Ken gives an awesome pedicure and Karen gives the absolute best manicure. It’s a beautiful and extra clean and fairly new facility that is where the old CrossFit gym was located before. I had gone to the same man at another salon for all my pedicures for years but he retired. I had been looking for a new place for quite some time when my daughter recommended this place. My daughter and I did a girls day out with my DIL and one of my granddaughters before she went away to school. They made it very special for us. I highly recommend them for a great spa experience.

Tokyo is by far the BEST nail tech in Cibolo! She is original and one of a kind! Her professionalism cannot be matched and her talent is amazing for such a young artist! I will continue seeking nail services by Tokyo!

Came here after bad experience somewhere else. Perfect! Karen was so kind and patient and stayed after closing to complete my pedicure. I will be back!
