Been donating for about a year. Will no longer be returning due to my experience with my last donation. A total of three attempts with multiple uncomfortable adjustments in between by various phlebotomists. The most difficult donation by far, only to be compensated with next to no money.

I am sow happy to donate and help out, at the same time I get paid. This helps me with some bills. Blessed all around

Excellent service, the nurse, very cordial, very human, excellent person, very comfortable with bpl plasma and this new program

The VIG program is an excellent program and the person who applies it explains it clearly and precisely, in addition to being very kind, I highly recommend the VIG program.

Stopped by for the first time a few days ago. Being that it was my first time I was a bit reluctant and nervous, however all the employees made me feel more than comfortable. Cristina explained the entire process to me (I had a lot of questions lol) she remained patient, was very gentle, and most importantly made me feel safe. Will definitely be back soon!

It’s sad you go leave a donation to allow these people to have jobs. And their attitude is horrible worse than CSL and they are bad

Very poor management if you ask me starting with Denise, Kimberly, and ending with Oscar. I strongly don't recommend this place at all.

Staff is ok but i went for my second time and waited for an hour to be able to donate finally. I am currently still in line to get screened. I got here at 5: 36 pm its 6: 39 and im still not even donating. Had to wait for ms to review a question and they had to take a hold off and the fingerscans they didn’t take the first time. It’s annoying to wait this long just to donate. Compared to others this is the worst Ive been to.
